Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 所定の温度に加熱した温純水を槽の下部に設け
    た供給口から温純水槽内に供給し、該温純水中に
    ワークを浸漬させた後ゆつくり引き上げることに
    より該ワークを乾燥させるようにしたものにおい
    て、 上記温純水槽の内部に、供給口から温純水と共
    に流入する気泡を捕集して槽外に排出するための
    泡取器を配設してなり、該泡取器が、上記供給口
    を囲み且つ覆う捕集部と、該捕集部の頂部に取り
    付けられて槽外に開口する泡排出筒とからなつて
    いて、上記捕集部に、供給口からの温純水を周囲
    に分流させるための複数の流路を放射方向に備え
    ていることを特徴とする温純水乾燥装置。
