Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 必要な強度を有し採液管等の栓部材を刺通
可能に構成する管体と、該管体の基端に該管体内
通路と連通しかつ外部との間を密封して取り付け
容積を拡大する方向への復元力により採液する袋
状部材とからなり、前記採液管内の液体を採取可
能とすることを特徴とする液体採取器具。 (2) 管体は突先部を有し、少なくとも該突先部
が採液管の栓部材を刺通可能に構成している請求
項(1)記載の液体採取器具。 (3) 管体の突先部形状が、管体の軸と垂直方向
にカツトされた状態であることを特徴とする請求
項(1)または(2)記載の液体採取器具。
