Claims (1)
- 一対の鋳造金型に組込まれる金型鋳造用ベント
バルブ装置であつて、装置配置部分における一方
の金型の合わせ面部分は平面状とし、他方の金型
に、ガスおよび溶湯を導く導入溝と、この導入溝
に臨み、かつ、金型合わせ面と直角方向に移動可
能となつたバルブ部材と、上記バルブ部材の周囲
外方に位置して上記導入溝に連通する周回通路と
、この周回通路に連通して、上記バルブ部材の金
型合わせ面側とは反対側への移動により閉じられ
るガス抜き口とを配設し、上記バルブ部材の金型
合わせ面側の端部に、上記導入溝に面なる溝を部
分的に設け、この溝の溶湯進行方向前方側に溝を
次第に浅くする傾斜面を設ける一方、上記周回通
路の、上記溝に対向する側に、湯溜り部を設けた
ことを特徴とする金型鋳造用ベントバルブ装置。
