  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 探触子用コイルと、被検査材を介して対向配置
    した複数の磁石とを備え、Ｓ０モードの電磁超音
    波の送受信を行う電磁超音波探触子において、 前記被検査材の一側に、その対向する磁極が相
    異なるように被検査材に沿つて対向配置した第１
    の磁石群と、 前記被検査材の他側に、その対向する磁極が相
    異なるように被検査材に沿つて対向配置した第２
    の磁石群と、 前記第１の磁石群又は第２の磁石群の対向する
    磁石間に配置した探触子用コイルと を備え、前記第１の磁石群と第２の磁石群とを、
    被検査材を介して向かい合う磁極が同一となるよ
    うに対向配置してあることを特徴とする電磁超音
    波探触子。
