ある。 １……強化樹脂製基板、２……電気絶縁層、３
……電気抵抗発熱体層、４……遠赤外線放射物質
層、５，６……端子、７……遠赤外線放射体、８
……ケース、９……遠赤外線ヒータ、１０……開
口、１２……断熱材、１３……ケース裏板。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 板状基体の一面に電気抵抗発熱体層を設け
    、この発熱体層表面もしくは前記板状基体の前記
    発熱体層と反対側の表面に遠赤外線放射物質層を
    設けた遠赤外線放射体を備える遠赤外線ヒータに
    おいて、前記板状基体を強化樹脂で構成し、前記
    発熱体層と前記板状基体との間にセラミツクスの
    電気絶縁層を設けたことを特徴とする遠赤外線ヒ
    ータ。 (2) 電気絶縁層が熱硬化性無機接着剤を塗布し
    焼き付けてなるものであることを特徴とする請求
    項１記載の遠赤外線ヒータ。
