前後側壁部が下窄まりテーパ状に形成されてその
先端部が蒸煮材排出口とされる角筒状の装置本体
を備え、該装置本体の内部には、多数の透孔を有
する前後一対の斜板を逆ハの字状に配設して、前
記投入口より投入される被蒸煮材の自重降下流量
を絞る絞り通路を形成すると共に、該絞り通路の
下方には、内部を蒸気発生室とし多数の蒸気噴出
孔を有する中空体を、前記絞り通路の出口から前
記蒸煮材排出口に亘つて該中空体の前後に屈曲し
た蒸煮用通路を形成するように配設してなる野菜
