Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はケーシングを具え、ケーシング内には
ケーシング上に置かれた円板の下部から駆動のた
めの複数の伝動機構が収容されている円板形草刈
り機に関する。
各円板は少くとも１枚の刈取り刃を取付けてあ
り、平面軸受内で回転推進される。
操業中この種の草刈り機のケーシングは円板と
地面にある突起、または例えば図らずも石との間
で妨害を避けつつ、できるだけ短かくまぐさを刈
るため、円板の保護用シユーを介して地上を滑
る。
ケーシングに対し円板保護用シユーで受けた衝
撃の影響を少なくするため、該シユーを直接平面
軸受に、または平面軸受にそれ自身固着された板
の上に固定することもできる。
一方ケーシング全部を開ける必要なしに、個々
の平面軸受を夫々取外しうるようにしてケーシン
グを横切る組立て機構で、平面軸受がケーシング
に固着される草刈りカツターバーも考えられる。
本発明はケーシングに対して、伝動機構の保護
と、潤滑油の収納と、刃物用棒に剛性を与えるビ
ームという役割を正しく充当させつつ、円板保護
用シユー、または板と平面軸受間、若しくは平面
軸受とケーシング間に極て剛性な結合を得るにあ
る。
このために、本発明の草刈り機は少くとも該ケ
ーシング内に広がるセパレータを具える。
本発明の他の特徴によれば、各セパレータは組
立て機構が前記ケーシングを横切る場所でケーシ
ングの密封を確保する１個または複数の手段を有
している。
本発明の他の特徴と利点は、本発明の実施態様
を限定することなく次の記載並びに参照する添付
図面に明らかである。
第１図では本発明の草刈り機がケーシング１を
具えていて、該ケーシング内には、図示せざるト
ラクタの出力から例えば中間軸箱、プーリ、ベル
トの如き公知の機構３によつて回転駆動される歯
車２が収納されている。前記歯車はケーシング１
上部に形成された開口より、その外径は小さくな
つている。歯車２は円板４を回転させ、円板４は
その両側に２枚の刃５を有して、刃は円板４内に
装備された軸６の周りで回転自在になつている。
刃５は操業状態で遠心力の影響を受け、円板４が
回転駆動されると、実際に円形軌路Ｔを画く。ケ
ーシング１の前面区域でケーシングの下面には平
面軸受１１に固定した板７が拡がつている。
該板上には円板保護用シユー８が固着されてい
る。該シユーは前面矢視Ａ方向で、円板４の軌路
T′の半径より長い半径だが、刃５の軸路Ｔの半
径より短かい円い扇形を表わす。それ故に円板４
は草刈り機が回転する地形を表わす総べての防害
物から保護される。刃５だけが衝撃から避けられ
ないが、刃は軸６によつて円板４に遊嵌に取付け
られているので、円板４の下に隠れ易く、障碍物
を乗越えると直ちに作動位置に戻ることができ
る。
隣接の２枚の円板４間の地帯には刈り草の品質
を害う土の堆積を避けるため板７上に削り具９が
施されている。
削に具９は、該板７の前方矢印Ａで示す草刈り
機の進行方向で、少くとも隣接の円板保護用シユ
ー８の長さにわたつて延びている。
第２図ではケーシング１に収容された歯車２が
軸１０と一体になり、該軸が軸受１２，１３によ
つて平面軸受１１内で回転されるようになつてい
ることが分る。軸１０の上部は駆動装置１４と固
着し、駆動装置の上には４個のねじ１５で円板４
が固定されている。但し、ねじは１個だけ図示さ
れる。一連の歯車２、軸１０、軸受１２、軸受１
３、駆動装置１４の組立体は円形クリツプ１６に
よつて平面軸受１１内で伝動可能に結合されてい
る。円板４の中心から反対方向の周りに２枚の継
ぎ環１７が半田付され、該環に刃５の固定軸６を
心揃いさせて取付けられている。該軸６はナツト
１８で環１７内に締付けられている。ケーシング
１の下に固定したねじ１９はケーシング１内に入
れられた潤滑剤の排出用栓の役をする。
ケーシング１の下には板７が延び、板はケーシ
ング１の前面区域２０と下面２１を蔽つている。
このようにしてケーシング１の硬さが大いに増強
され、隣接した円板保護用の２個のシユー８間に
現われる凡ゆる障碍物に対して、ケーシングの前
面区域２０と下面２１の消耗に対し保護が確保さ
れる。
この円板保護用シユー８はねじ３０で板７に半
田付された脚２９に固着される。該板は平面軸受
１１に軸受毎に４個の固定手段で固着されるのが
よく、該手段の１つだけが第２図に断面で図示さ
れ、夫々ねじ２２とナツト２３を具えている。
ケーシング１内には、ねじ２２が貫通したセパ
レータ２４が板７と平面軸受１１間に、極めて剛
性な結合を得るようになつている。
この剛性結合は、ケーシング１に歯車２の潤滑
油の保護と、収納の役割と、カツターバーの剛性
化の役割とを確実に充足しつつ、行なわれる。
本発明の１具体例によれば、セパレータ２４は
円筒形を呈している。
セパレータ２４の外形が円筒でなくとも、例え
ば平行六面体であつても本発明の範囲外でないこ
とが明らかである。
セパレータ２４の上下の面には、溝２５と２６
が形形されて、溝内に例えばトルクジヨイントの
ようなケーシング１の密封を保証するリング状気
密シール２７と２８が挿入されている。本発明の
変形例では、セパレータ２４は低弾性合物質で作
られることもある。従つて、このものはねじ２２
とナツト２３の締付の時に、それ自体ケーシング
１での密封を実現するセパレータ２４である。
ケーシング１内へのセパレータ２４取付けは、
ケーシング１の上下の内面を実質的に平行である
ようにも確かめることができ、これが歯車をして
上記内面の一面に対し操らすことを認識させる怖
れをなくしいる。
ケーシング１内にセパレータ２４を取付けるに
当たつてケーシング上部の開口より中に入れ、つ
いで前記ケーシング１内の上部内壁および下部内
壁間をセパレータを滑動させることにより行な
う。このセパレータを滑動させる作業中に、作業
者はセパレータもリング状気密シールも、もはや
視認できなくなる。それぞれの溝にシールを嵌合
し、ケーシングの上部内壁および下部内壁間を前
記セパレータを滑動させれば、前記シールは脱落
する恐れがなくなると共に、セパレータはその位
置を維持し、ケーシング１内を自由に動くことは
なくなるという効果もある。すなわち、ケーシン
グ１にセパレータを取付ける場合、作業者はなん
ら気を付けることなく作業が可能になる。
前記記載は１実施例として記載したものであ
り、他の変更、改良、若しくは追加も本発明の範
囲を逸脱せざる限り供しうることは明らかであ
る。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は本発明の円板形草刈り機の平面図、第
２図は第１図の−軸を含む面によるケーシン
グの断面図である。 １：ケーシング、２：歯車列、４：円板、５：
草刈り刃、７：板、２４：セパレータ。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ 実質的に垂直な軸について回転する草刈り用
    円板を備え、この軸の上端部には対応する円板４
    を固定した駆動装置１４が設けられ、他方の端部
    には潤滑油を含んだケーシング内に設けられ、そ
    の外径がケーシング上部に備えられた開口の直径
    より小さい歯車２が備えられており、前記それぞ
    れの円板はケーシング１の上部に平面軸受１１、
    前記平面軸受１１内に固定された軸受１２，１
    ３、前記軸受１２，１３によつて平面軸受１１中
    を案内される軸とを含む軸受装置によつて配置さ
    れ、前記それぞれの軸受装置はケーシングに組立
    装置によつて固定されており、この組立装置はケ
    ーシングの上部および下部を貫通し、同時にケー
    シング内部の、ケーシングの上部と下部の間に設
    けられたセパレータ２４を貫通するビス２３を含
    み、前記セパレータ２４の上面および下面は溝２
    ５，２６を含み、前記溝中にはリング状気密シー
    ルが設けられており、このリング状気密シールは
    セパレータ２４の上面およびケーシングの上部
    間、セパレータ２４の下面およびケーシングの下
    部間にそれぞれ設けられていることを特徴とする
    円板形草刈り機。 ２ それぞれのセパレータは円筒チユーブである
    ことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項記載の円
    板形草刈り機。
