(Prior Art) Conventionally, a drainage collecting pipe 1' as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 has been used. The upper and lower openings 2' and 5' of the collecting pipe 1' are connected to the upper and lower main pipes 3' and 6' that are piped in the vertical direction.
In the large diameter portion 7' between the pipes 5', lateral openings 9' are provided for connection with branch pipes 8' arranged laterally. Here, the branch pipes 8' are connected to a toilet bowl, a kitchen sink, etc. via a well-known drain trap. A meniscus-shaped guide plate 12' is attached near the upper part of the inner surface of the large diameter portion 7' so as to be inclined downward toward the center of the tube. Furthermore, near the lower part of the inner surface of the large-diameter portion 7', blades 11' are attached to swirl the falling water around the vertical axis.

As a result, the drainage water flowing down from the upper main pipe 3' is directed to the guide plate 1 as shown by the arrow in Fig. 3.
2', the flow direction changes toward the inner surface of the large diameter portion 7', and the waste water flows along the inner surface.

It is said that by causing the wastewater to flow along the inner surface of the large diameter portion 7' in this manner, the flow velocity is reduced and the increase in pressure inside the pipe due to the impact when the wastewater falls is also reduced. Further, since the waste water is caused to flow downward while rotating around the vertical axis by the wing pieces 11', a sealing phenomenon in which water becomes clogged does not occur even in a portion where the pipe diameter gradually decreases. The turning performance of the water discharged by the blades 11' is improved by the water flowing down along the peripheral wall 7'.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in the above-mentioned conventional technology, the drainage flowing down from the upper main pipe 3' changes its flow direction by colliding with the guide plate 12'. Such impacts can cause drainage noise, and if the amount of drainage from above is large and the collision is severe, vibrations will occur in the collecting pipe 1' via the guide plate 12', especially in the upper main pipe 3'. This will adversely affect the sealing performance between the pipe and the collecting pipe 1'. Also,
Providing a protrusion such as the guide plate 12' inside the collecting pipe 1' is not easy in terms of product processing and increases the manufacturing cost.

The portion of the inner tube 12 below the stepped portion 14, that is, the portion that is internalized within the collecting tube 1, is curved in the tube axis direction, as shown in FIG. The direction is toward the inner surface of the large diameter portion 7 facing the central one of the three lateral openings 9, 9, 9. Further, the vertical position of the opening at the lower end of the inner tube 12 is the horizontal opening 9, 9, 9 of the upper member 1b.
Below the opening top 9a of the horizontal opening 9,
It is said to be approximately in the center of 9,9.

According to this embodiment having the above configuration, the drainage water flowing down from the upper main pipe 3 is changed in flow direction by the inner pipe 12 as shown by the arrow in FIG. 1, and flows down along the inner surface of the large diameter part. It is rotated by the lower blades 11 and flows down the inner surface of the standpipe 6. At this time, since the inner pipe 12 is curved, even if the drainage water tries to flow in a direction other than the curved direction, the flow will be restricted by a part of the inner surface of the inner pipe 12, and the drainage all flow toward the inner surface of the large diameter section 7 without the lateral openings 9, 9, 9. That is, a part of the inner pipe 12 serves as a flow regulating part 13 that prevents drainage water from flowing in the direction of the lateral openings 9. This can prevent drainage from entering the branch pipes 8. Furthermore, according to this embodiment, since the inner tube 12 is made of a rubber tube and has a curved shape, it is possible to change the direction of drainage more smoothly than in the past.
The impact received from drainage can be very effectively alleviated, and a remarkable noise prevention effect can be obtained.

Further, an inner tube 12 made of a rubber tube is inserted and fixed from the upper opening 2 separately from the collecting tube 1, and the upper main tube 3 is connected to a connection receiving portion 12a formed at the upper end side of the inner tube 12. As a result, the vibration of the pipe that causes reverberation inside the pipe is attenuated at the connection part, and further noise prevention effects are obtained, as well as improved sealing between the upper main pipe 3 and the collecting pipe 1, and easier machining. The manufacturing cost can also be reduced due to the simplification.

The inner tube 12 may also have a shape in which a portion of the inner surface of the large diameter portion 7 without the lateral openings 9, 9, 9 is removed.

(Effect of the invention) As explained above, according to the invention, the inner pipe 1
Since 2 is made of a rubber pipe and is curved in the pipe axis direction, it is possible to smoothly change the direction of the waste water while alleviating the impact of the waste water flowing down from the upper main pipe 3, which is extremely effective in preventing noise. can be achieved.

In addition, since the inner pipe 12 is inserted and fixed into the upper opening 2 as a separate body from the collecting pipe 1, and the upper main pipe 3 is connected to the connection receiving part 12a at the upper part of the inner pipe 12, the echo sound inside the pipe is reduced. The vibration of the pipe that causes the vibration is attenuated at the connecting part, and further noise prevention effect is achieved, and the sealing performance between the upper main pipe 3 and the collecting pipe 1 is also improved, and the collecting pipe is not used as before. There is no need to process protrusions within the structure, which can contribute to reducing manufacturing costs.
