〔考案の技術分野〕
この考案は、例えば浴室ユニツト、便所ユニツ
ト等を建造物内に設置する際に、その設置場所の
床面上に前記ユニツト大の防水パンを水平に保つ
て敷設されるが、防水パンの水平を保つため、防
水パンに高さ調節可能の複数本の脚体が突設して

筒部3に向つて締め付けるロツクナツト7を螺合
したものである。ところで、防水パンには大きな
荷重が加わるものであり、その荷重を複数本の六
角の頭部よりなる各座部で負担することになる
が、床面がコンクリート製の如く堅牢な面であれ
ば別に問題がないが、床が根太の上に床板を張り
付けた木製構造であつたり、発泡コンクリートの
如く比較的軟性の構造である場合、使用中に座部
より集中荷重を受け、荷重を受ける部分が沈み危
険性があると共に、防水パンの水平度が崩れてし
まう問題があつた。そこで軟性の床面に防水パン
を敷設する場合には、前記ボルトよりなる脚体の
座部に更に面積の大きい脚座を取付けられるもの
である。その脚座の一つの例として実開昭58−
160970号公報のものが知られている。当該公報の
脚座は、断面形が大概ハツト形をなすもので、内
部に脚体の座部が嵌まる空間を有し、立上つた上
面に脚体の胴部を貫通し得る孔をあけ、且つその
孔に連続してナツトを付設したものである。この
脚座を脚体に取付ける場合には、一般に脚体は防
水パンに螺合してあるから、脚体を一旦取り外
し、その脚体を脚座の下面開放口より差し込みナ
ツトにねじ込み、脚体の座部が脚座内に収納した
状態で、再び脚体の先端部を防水パンの筒部に螺
合して取付けられる。しかし脚体は前述の如くボ
ルトであり、しかも15cm〜20cmと長いものでその
ほぼ全長に亘つて雄ねじが刻設してあるから、脚
座を取付ける際、座部が脚座内に収まるまでねじ
込む手間がかかり、取付けに繁雑さがあつた。

形に形成してあるから、工具によつて簡単に廻す
ことが出来ると共に微調整も可能である。
