液混合路に設けたオリフイスを備え、前記第一ガ
ス流路を介し気液混合路内に導入されるオゾンガ
スを前記気液混合路内で水と混合する気液混合器
と、 酸素ガスを含むオゾンガス生成用ガスの供給路
となる第二ガス流路と、 前記第一及び第二ガス流路と連通させ、前記第
二ガス流路を介し供給されるオゾン生成用ガスか
ら、前記第一ガス流路へ供給されるオゾンガスを
生成するオゾン発生器とを備えて成ることを特徴
とするオゾン水生成器。 (2) 前記第二ガス流路にガスフイルタを設けた
