動フレームに軸架されていて開閉駆動手段によつ
て定置ロールに対し開閉可能に設けられた可動ロ
ールとの１対のロールからなるロール装置であつ
て、所定のニツプ圧で加圧閉鎖された両ロール間
に塗工液を溜めて紙匹を通過させることによつて
一定の塗布量を得るようにしたサイズプレス等の
ロール装置において、定置ロールに対し開放され
てその開放位置から閉鎖位置へ復帰する可動ロー
ルを閉鎖位置の若干手前側で一時停止させるため
の一時停止手段を、前記機台と可動フレームとの
間に介設したことを特徴とするサイズプレス等の
