本考案は屋根上の積雪による雨漏れを防止する

(従来の技術)
従来においては第3図に示す様に積雪地帯の屋
根3上の雪20は日照及び室内からの暖気18に
より融ける一方軒先3aは外気温度と同じである
ため該軒先3a上において凍結部21が形成され
