現像装置の構成を示す断面図、第２図はトナーア
ジテータを示す斜視図、第３図は撹拌羽根を示す
斜視図、第４図ａ及び第４図ｂはトナーアジテー
タ、撹拌羽根とメツシユスクリーンの関連動作を
示す図である。 図中、１１は像担持体、３１は絶縁性一成分現
像剤、３２は絶縁性一成分現像剤収容器、３３は
非磁性粒子、３４は撹拌帯電室、３５は第１撹拌
装置、３６はメツシユ状部材、３７は第２撹拌装
置、３９は摺擦部材、４０は現像剤担持体、４１
は層厚規整ブレードである。
施例を示すもので、第１図は現像装置を搭載した
現像装置の構成を示す断面図、第２図はトナーア
ジテータを示す斜視図、第３図は撹拌羽根を示す
斜視図、第４図ａ及び第４図ｂはトナーアジテー

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 現像剤を収納するケーシングと、そのケーシ
ングの開口部に設けられた現像剤担持体とから構
成された現像装置において、 前記ケーシングを現像剤収納室と撹拌帯電室と
に仕切り、且つ可撓特性を有するメツシユ状部材
と、 前記現像剤収納室に収納されている絶縁特性を
有する一成分現像剤と、 前記現像剤収納室内に設けられ、前記一成分現
像剤を撹拌するとともに、その先端部により前記
メツシユ状部材を現像剤収納室側から摺擦するこ
とによつて前記メツシユ状部材を撹拌帯電室側に
突出させる第一の撹拌部材と、 前記撹拌帯電室内に、その回転軌跡が第一の撹
拌部材のそれと一部が重なるように設けられ、前
記メツシユ状部材を通過してきた前記一成分現像
剤と非磁性粒子とを撹拌して摩擦帯電させるとと
もに、その先端部により前記メツシユ状部材を撹
拌帯電室側から摺擦する事によつて前記メツシユ
状部材を前記現像剤収納室側に突出させる第二の
撹拌部材と を備えたことを特徴とする現像装置。 ２ 少なくとも前記第一及び第二の撹拌部材のい
ずれか一方の先端部に起毛部材を設け、各々が前
記メツシユ状部材を摺擦する際、該メツシユ状部
材を清掃するように構成したことを特徴とする請
求項１に記載の現像装置。
