ジン負圧とにより容積が変化する負圧室と、 前記戻しばねが当接するとともに前記ダイヤフ
ラムに取付けられる出力プレートと、 を備えたアクチユエータにおいて、 前記ダイヤフラムには前記出力プレートに把持
される無端状突部をそなえているとともに、前記
出力プレートには前記ダイヤフラムの無端状突部
に向けての変形により当該無端状突部を把持する
折曲把持部をそなえたことを特徴とするアクチユ
エータ。
