部の他の実施例を示した図である。また、第7図
は金属板を用いた超音波振動による従来の外科手
術用具を示した図である。

つて、生物組織に接触して超音波振動により該生
物組織を切断分離する前記超音波振動伝達具の先
端部は、中心軸の一方側のみに位置し、その下面
には断面が円弧形状で長さ方向に直交する複数本
の溝状の窪みを有すると共に、前記液体通路は超
音波振動伝達具の本体部と先端部とが接する位置
