吸着捕集させ、該キヤニスタに吸着された燃料を
パージ通路を介してエンジンに戻すようにした燃
料タンクにおける蒸発ガス処理装置の燃料パージ
装置において、前記パージ通路に、制御手段から
の信号により機関運転状態等に応じてパージ燃料
量を制御する比例ソレノイドバルブと、スロツト
ル負圧に応じて開閉制御されてパージ通路を開閉
するダイヤフラム弁と、を介装し、該ダイヤフラ
ム弁のダイヤフラムをゴム材により、弁シート部
を合成樹脂材により、夫々形成する一方、前記比
例ソレノイドを全閉状態では該バルブにおける弁
体と弁シート部間に所定のパージ燃料洩れ量を確
保するための所定の隙間が形成されるように構成
したことを特徴とする燃料タンクにおける蒸発ガ
