Claims (1)
- 流体アクチユエータに接続する負荷流路と流体
の給排流路とを軸方向に間隔を有して開口し負荷
流路開口個所と給排流路開口個所との間に弁座を
形成した弁孔を弁本体に設け、負荷流路からの流
体圧力に基づく作用力を背部に受けて弁座へ着座
し流通を阻止すると共に給排流路からの流体圧力
に基づく作用力を頭部に受けて弁座から離座し自
由流れを得るようポペツト弁体を弁孔へ弁座より
負荷流路開口個所側に軸方向摺動自在に嵌挿して
設け、パイロツト流体圧力に基づく作用力を受け
て軸方向摺動しポペツト弁体をポペツト弁体の背
部に作用する負荷流路からの流体圧力に基づく作
用力に抗し押圧して弁座から離座させ負荷流路か
ら給排流路へ流通する制御流れを得るようパイロ
ツトピストンを弁孔へ弁座より給排流路開口個所
側に軸方向摺動自在に嵌挿してポペツト弁体頭部
に当接自在に設け、ポペツト弁体背部には負荷流
路からの流体圧力に基づく作用力がポペツト弁体
背部に作用するために負荷流路の流体を導入する
作用室をポペツト弁体と弁孔と弁本体とで区画形
成し、負荷流路の流体を導入の作用室はポペツト
弁体背部と弁本体とに対向形成の凹部と凸部を相
互に嵌挿してポペツト弁体背部への作用面積を減
少して成るパイロツト操作逆止め弁。
