- リング成形機にてコイル材をリング形状に成形
し、切断した両端部の板厚方向に凹部と凸部を設
け、前記凸部の巾を板厚の1/2〜1/3として板厚に
平行な短形とし、凸部の長さを板厚以上とし、掛
合部のスキマを０．０５ｍｍ以下としたリング形
状板。
