Claims (1)
- 合せ金型７，８のキヤビテイ１６と吸引手段と
を連通接続する管路２９，３１の途中に配設され
た金型鋳造機のタール分離装置２１であつて、該
タール分離装置２１は、上下両端を蓋部材２２，
２３で閉鎖した外筒２４と、基端部が前記キヤビ
テイ１６側の管路２９に連通接続すると共に先端
部が上記上方の蓋部材２２を貫通して外筒２４内
へ挿入された内筒２５と、外筒２４の上部側壁に
穿設されて前記吸引手段側の管路３１に連通接続
する排気口２６と、前記下方の蓋部材２３に貫通
して穿設された排液口２７と、該排液口２７の下
端に取付けられたコツクバルブ２８とから成り、
前記内筒２５における外筒２４内への挿入部分の
長さが該外筒２４の長さの1/2以上にされ、上記
内筒２５の口径が上記外筒２４の口径の1/3以下
にされていると共に前記排気口２６の口径とほぼ
等しくされていることを特徴とする金型鋳造機の
タール分離装置。
