- 金属材から形成された冷却部を有する水冷サイ
リスタスタツクを用いた制御装置に於て、前記冷
却部の表面を、絶縁性を有する断熱層で覆うよう
にしたことを特徴とする水冷サイリスタスタツク
を用いた制御装置。
