A catheter naturally bends when force is applied during insertion, making it difficult to insert and therefore difficult to manipulate.A guide wire (or stylet, hereinafter the same) is inserted into the catheter, but the position of the catheter to be inserted depends on the organ. It depends on the operator's judgment each time depending on the nature of the catheter and the catheter insertion process, and depends on the operator's level of skill. Therefore, catheters generally have a hole at the tip or side, and the guide wire protrudes from the tip or side hole, causing damage to organs and posing a major safety problem. Furthermore, the use of non-slip materials such as silicone rubber coloral makes it very difficult to insert and remove the guide wire and requires skill. Until now, no significant proposals have been made regarding this point.

For this reason, it is extremely important that the instruments used for this have a function that does not pose any danger during the procedure.

The purpose of this invention is to provide a catheter in which a guide wire is embedded, which allows a practitioner to easily and safely operate the catheter, regardless of their inexperience.

Alternatively, the guide wire may be operated at an opportune time, such as stopping the guide wire in front of the catheter due to the need to bend it slightly, but the catheter may be operated without accidentally protruding the guide wire beyond the tip or side hole of the catheter and injuring the organ. In order to have both appropriate hardness and flexibility depending on the condition of the guide wire, the guide wire is made of a coiled thin wire or a Teflon tube, and the inner core can be inserted and removed freely. If it is embedded and fixed in the tube wall of the catheter, the insertion position of the core can be adjusted, the catheter will not bend, or the embedded coiled wire or Teflon tube will make it much stronger than when using only silicone rubber. At the same time, it is possible to maintain appropriate flexibility.

The figure is an explanatory view of a gastrointestinal catheter equipped with the features of this invention, and Figure 2 is a sectional view taken along the line A-A in Figure 1.As shown in Figure 3, a coiled wire or Teflon tube 12 is A metal core 13 is formed to be insertable or removable, and is embedded and fixed in the tube wall 3 of the catheter.

However, there is no problem with the procedure.

Moreover, even when the catheter is removed, a catheter that is stronger than previous catheters can be obtained, and the guide wire is not likely to protrude from the tip or side hole of the catheter and injure organs due to the operator's carelessness. This allows you to avoid unexpected accidents.
