いるかを検出する第1の検出手段と、 エンジンが停止しているかを検出する第2の検
出手段と、 前記第1の検出手段が前記キーの差し込みを検
出すると共に、前記第2の検出手段が前記エンジ
ンの停止を検出した際には前記電磁コイルへ通電
して前記アーマチユアの一端を前記アンロツク位
置に保持するようアーマチユアを付勢するための
