.. 2.・・・・・・n, and when n=o, the 1/4 wavelength becomes equal to the length of the acoustic tube, causing a resonance phenomenon, and acoustically amplified sound is radiated from the opening 3 of the acoustic tube, and the sound is emitted near the bass reproduction limit. This will greatly improve efficiency. Also, at the frequency where the % wavelength is equal to the fl' tube length, the sound radiated from the front of the speaker unit 4 is compared to the sound from the front.
The sound emitted from the rear surface of the speaker unit 4 from the opening 3 of the sound tube, which is originally in reverse phase, is in phase and added due to a phase delay of half a wavelength, increasing the sound pressure level.

Acoustically amplified sound is radiated from the opening 3 of the acoustic tube. Therefore, it was possible to realize a speaker system with high efficiency in the bass range.

This had the disadvantage that the cabinet had to be larger in size. Also, when used as a speaker system for bass reproduction, the treble reproduction limit is 3/4.
It is desirable to use up to a frequency near which the wavelength is equal to the acoustic tube length and connect it to a mid-high frequency speaker system, but as shown in Figure 2, in the conventional method, as the frequency increases, the acoustic radiation efficiency at resonance of the acoustic tube decreases. As a result, the sound pressure peaks near frequency 11, where the 3/4 wavelength is equal to the acoustic tube length, and it is difficult to flatten this band with an electric circuit, which deteriorates the characteristics of the speaker system and reduces the sound quality. It was lowering it.

A speaker system having low frequency characteristics is provided.

ものである。Function The present invention has the following features: 1. The second acoustic tube and the acoustic volume are configured by the first acoustic tube and the acoustic volume. The frequency of the resonance phenomenon produced by the synthesis of the second acoustic tube decreases in accordance with the acoustic capacity exhibited by the acoustic volume. The acoustic capacitor also acts as a high-cut filter that cuts off mid-high frequencies emitted from the speaker unit, suppressing sound pressure peaks that occur at the upper limit of the reproduction band.

Sound radiated from the back of the speaker unit 5 passes through the first acoustic tube 6 and is radiated from its open end 7 to the acoustic volume 11 formed between it and the closed end 9 of the second acoustic tube 8. . The sound within the acoustic volume l is
A second sound 18! passes through the outer wall of the first acoustic tube 6 and the inner wall of the second acoustic tube 8! It is radiated into the sound field space from the open end 10 of the tube 8. Therefore, the first acoustic tube 6 and the second acoustic tube 8 are
They are coupled by the acoustic space 11, and the equivalent acoustic capacity of the acoustic tube from the back surface of the speaker unit 5 to the open end of the second acoustic tube 8 increases, and the frequency at which resonance occurs in the acoustic tube decreases. FIG. 2 compares the sound pressure frequency characteristics and the amplitude characteristics of the diaphragm when using a conventional acoustic tube with a similar cross-sectional area and the acoustic tube of the present invention. When the acoustic tube resonates, the acoustic impedance of the acoustic tube as viewed from the back of the speaker unit 5 becomes extremely large, suppressing the amplitude of the diaphragm. From the amplitude characteristics shown in FIG. 2, it can be seen that the sound tube of the present invention lowers the frequency at which the resonance phenomenon of the sound tube occurs. Accordingly, the acoustic tube of the present invention can increase the sound pressure level near the bass reproduction limit and expand the reproduction band. Furthermore, since the acoustic capacity of the acoustic volume 11 operates as a high-cut filter, the sound pressure peak around the frequency where 3/4 wavelength is equal to the acoustic tube length in a conventional acoustic tube is suppressed in the acoustic tube of the present invention. be.

It is possible to raise the pressure level and expand the bass reproduction band. Furthermore, the acoustic volume of the acoustic tube of the present invention suppresses the sound pressure peak that occurs in conventional acoustic tubes due to the resonance phenomenon near the frequency where 3/4 wavelength is equal to the acoustic tube length, resulting in a speaker system with flat sound pressure characteristics. can be realized.
