Although it is used in various fields, especially in fields where non-breathability is required, a backing material 3 that uses a non-breathable film on the front or back surface is used. However, the above-mentioned laminate sheet 4, which uses a film as the backing material 3,
When it is wound onto a take-up roll 5 as shown in Fig. 2 for packaging or transportation, the back material 3 has creases 3a.
At the same time, the fabric 2 in contact with the backing material 3 has a raised irregularity 2a caused by the creases 3a, and this irregular raised raised 2a often remains even after the laminate sheet is rewound. This not only impairs the appearance of the laminate sheet, but also reduces its product value.

This laminate sheet has heat-melting coatings 6a and 7a provided on each mutually contacting surface of first and second flexible polyurethane foams 6 and 7 forming a base material 8', and the above-mentioned surface is provided on the base material 8'. The material 9 and the back material 10 are laminated.
Incidentally, it is determined depending on the intended use of the product whether the heat-melting coating is provided on both the first and second flexible polyurethane foams 6 and 7, or only on one of them as in the first embodiment.

It is several tens of millimeters. Thermal melt coatings 6a and 7 formed on the surface of this soft polyurethane foam
a is the surface of soft polyurethane foam.
It is pressed for 0.1 to 3 seconds with a hot plate or hot roll at 250°C to 450°C to melt the surface of the soft polyurethane foam and crush the air bubbles, making it almost non-porous and non-porous. Further, as the fabric 9 having a raised surface, knitted fabrics and woven fabrics such as polyester or nylon are mainly used, and as the backing material, various knitted fabrics, woven fabrics, or non-woven fabrics are used.

る。(Effects) The product of this invention is made by laminating two soft polyurethane foams with a heat-melted film formed on the surface of at least one of the soft polyurethane foams, and one side of the base material is composed of two layers of soft polyurethane foam. A fabric with a raised surface is laminated on the top surface, and a backing material is laminated on the other side of the base material. There were no creases in the facing portion, and the nap on the surface was not disordered. This is due to the fact that the heat-fused film on the surface of the soft polyurethane foam, which is formed to provide non-breathability, is much more flexible than conventional films, so it expands and contracts in the area facing the take-up roll. This is thought to be due to the fact that deformation became possible. Furthermore, since the hot-melt film is formed on the surfaces of two soft polyurethane foams that are in contact with each other, it is protected by the soft polyurethane foam, and is protected against deformation during winding on a take-up roll and during use. It does not tear and has excellent durability.
