  1. 真空用減圧弁の二次側に間接加熱容器を設け、
    その二次側に真空ポンプを設置した真空蒸気発生
    装に於て、上記間接加熱容器と真空ポンプの間を
    内部に液体溜りが生じる配管で接続したことを特
    徴とする真空蒸気発生装置の配管システム。
