Snow removal nozzles that are buried in roads and spray road sewage are known from Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 52-35523, Publication No. 59-9699, and the like. This snow-blowing nozzle forms a cavity that communicates with an underground water supply pipe, provides a water flow control valve in the communication part, and further communicates the cavity with the outside through a water fountain to perform water sprinkling.

As a means of solving such problems,
It is known that cleaning is performed by inserting and rotating a wire into the tip of the fountain hole of the open nozzle body of the nozzle cleaning tool disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 20292. However, with such a wire method, it is not possible to reliably clean the clogged water flow control valve located in the middle of the snow removal nozzle.

As shown in FIG. 1, the water spray nozzle includes a water supply pipe 1 provided with a water supply pipe 2, a nozzle main body 4 attached to the upper end of this water supply pipe 2 via an O-ring packing 3,
A partition 5 having a water passage hole 5a is provided in the center of the nozzle body 4, and a cavity 6 is formed in the upper part. A diagonal water fountain hole 7 communicating with the outside is bored in this cavity 6, and a water flow control valve 8 is screwed into the inside of the water flow hole 5a. A communicating water control hole 9 is provided, and a spindle 10 for adjusting the amount of water flowing out from the water control hole 9 is provided. Groundwater passes through the water supply pipe 1 and the water supply pipe 2, flows into the cavity 6 from the water control hole 9, and is then emitted diagonally upward from the fountain hole 7.

A ceramic nozzle 11 having a diameter of about 3 mm is inserted into the water fountain 7 of such a snow melting nozzle. This nozzle 11 is supplied with approximately 200
High pressure water of about Kg/cm 2 is supplied through the hose 11a. The ceramic nozzle 11 may be mainly made of ceramic such as aluminum oxide Al 2 O 3 , or may be made of inorganic-ceramic composite such as carbon fiber-graphite composite, or metal fiber-ceramic composite such as stainless fiber and aluminum. good. The jet pump 12 that supplies water to the ceramic nozzle 11 has an ejector part 12b that communicates with the nozzle part 12a, and a water suction pipe 12c that communicates with the ejector part 12b to supply water, steam, and air from the nozzle part 12a. Water on the water suction pipe 12c side is sprayed at high pressure from a ceramic nozzle 11.

Therefore, the high-pressure water jetted from the ceramic nozzle 11 fills the cavity 6 and also fills the cavity 6.
The water pressure increases, and the pressure difference blows out sand, pebbles, etc. that cause blockages, and cleans the inside of the snow removal nozzle.

FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment, in which the snow removal nozzle has an O-ring packing 22 attached to the upper end of the water pipe 21.
The nozzle body 23 is attached through the nozzle body 23, and a partition wall 2 having a water passage hole 24a is installed in the center of the nozzle body 23.
4 to form a cavity 25 in the upper part. This cavity 25 is provided with an oblique water fountain 26 communicating with the outside, and a water flow control valve 27 is provided in the water passage hole 24a. The water amount adjustment valve 27 is provided with a water control hole 28 that communicates with the lower part, and the water amount can be adjusted by providing a rotatable operating rod 29. Furthermore, a ring-shaped steel wool 29a is provided near the water control hole 28. Therefore, water from the water pipe 21 flows into the cavity 25 from the water control hole 28, and the water in the cavity 25 is spouted from the fountain hole 26.

Therefore, the high-pressure water spouted from the ceramic nozzle 11 fills the cavity 25 and also fills the cavity 25.
The water pressure in step 5 increases, and the difference in pressure blows away the sand and pebbles that cause the blockage. Furthermore, sand and pebbles in the steel wool 29a that filters groundwater can also be discharged to the outside by the water pressure difference.

In this invention, a ceramic nozzle is inserted into the fountain hole of a snow melting nozzle that communicates the outside with a cavity that communicates with the water pipe, and high-pressure fluid is spouted from this nozzle, thereby reducing the pressure inside the cavity of the snow melting nozzle. The inside of the snow removal nozzle can be easily cleaned by increasing the temperature and blowing away sand and pebbles that cause blockages. Furthermore, since the nozzle is made of ceramic, it can withstand high pressure and there is no risk of damage when inserted into the water fountain of the snow melting nozzle. Therefore, compared to the prior art, the inside of the snow removal nozzle can be cleaned reliably and quickly from every corner without removing the lid of the snow removal nozzle.
