[Prior Art] Conventionally, tiles made of fired ceramics or hard materials such as cement have been given a sound-absorbing effect by incorporating fibers such as glass wool inside them, as shown in Figures 5 and 6. Filled acoustic tiles or blocks are known. The sound-absorbing tile 14 shown in FIG. 5 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, and has a cavity 15 formed therein that extends in the longitudinal direction. On the front side of the tile 14, there is a through hole 16 for communicating this cavity 15 with the outside.
Many holes have been drilled. Further, this cavity 15 is filled with fibers W such as glass wool. The sound-absorbing tile 17 shown in FIG. 6 similarly has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped outer shape, and is provided with a plurality of cavities 15 (four in the illustrated example) passing through the tile in the lateral direction. A plurality of through holes 16 are provided to communicate each cavity 15 to the front side of the tile 17, and slits 18 are provided to communicate the cavities 15 on both sides to the outside. These cavities 15 are filled with fibers W such as glass wool.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] When the conventional sound-absorbing tiles and sound-absorbing blocks described above are installed in areas with high humidity or where water easily adheres,
The fiber material W such as glass wool absorbs moisture and water, resulting in a decrease in sound absorption coefficient in a high temperature range. Further, as the water content of the fiber material increases, the sound absorption coefficient in the low and middle ranges also decreases.

In particular, glass wool has good water retention properties, and once water is absorbed, it does not escape easily, and even after some drying and other treatments, the effects of moisture absorption and water absorption cannot be eliminated for a long period of time. .

Furthermore, in conventional sound-absorbing tiles and blocks, there was a risk that the fibers would be scattered due to air currents and pressure fluctuations, which would gradually reduce the fiber material and reduce the sound absorption coefficient. In addition, fiber materials such as glass wool tend to scatter when filled into the cavities of tiles and blocks, resulting in a problem in that they tend to deteriorate the working environment during manufacturing.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The acoustic tile of the present invention has a slit formed on one side of the rigid tile main body having a rectangular cylinder shape, and both edges of the slit extend toward the inside of the cylinder to form parallel pieces. form a section. A further feature is that porous ceramic is placed at the ends of these pieces on the inside of the cylinder, thereby sealing the inner part of the slit.

Further, the acoustic tile of the present invention has a configuration in which such an acoustic tile is divided into two from the center of the slit, and when the two pieces are combined, the same acoustic tile as described above is obtained. .

Furthermore, since the porous ceramic having a sound-absorbing effect is disposed deep within the slit, the sound-absorbing effect of the slit and cavity and the sound-absorbing effect of the porous material are synergistically exhibited. Furthermore, the acoustic tile of the present invention does not contain a fiber material, and can be suitably used for indoor acoustic design of indoor pools and the like in humid atmospheres.

In the acoustic tile A having such a configuration, a sound absorbing effect is achieved due to the presence of the slits 2, the porous tile 5, and the internal cavity 7.
A desired sound absorption resonance frequency can be obtained by variously adjusting and selecting the depth a, the width b, the protruding length d of the pieces 3 and 4, the material of the porous tile 5, the porosity, etc. Furthermore, by selecting the material and porosity of the porous ceramic 5, it is possible to increase this sound absorption effect.

Such an acoustic tile A is divided into two halves along the slit 2 as shown in FIG.
It can also be constructed by combining two pieces facing each other. That is, the acoustic tile B in FIG. 4 has a rectangular side plate 8, a back plate 9 rising from one long side of the side plate 8, a front plate 10 rising from the other long side, and a front plate 10 rising from the other long side. It has a hard tile body 12 including a side plate 8 of a front plate 10 and a piece 11 extending in parallel to the side plate 8 from the opposite side toward the back plate 9. The acoustic tile B also includes a porous ceramic 13 fixed to the free side of the piece 11. The rising height h of the front plate portion 10 is smaller than the rising height h 2 of the back plate portion 9, and due to the difference between h 2 and h, when two acoustic tiles B are combined facing each other, the first The slit portion 2 of the acoustic tile A shown in the figures through FIG. 3 is formed.

The porous ceramic 13 has the same length as the hard tile body 12, and its width is larger than the thickness of the piece 11 so that it protrudes from the free side of the piece 11. This porous ceramic 13
The protrusion width is such that the side surface 13a of the porous ceramic 13 is flush with the end surface 9a of the back plate portion 9. Therefore, when two of these acoustic tiles B are combined facing each other, the results shown in Figures 1 to 3 are obtained.
It has exactly the same configuration as the acoustic tile A shown in the figure. Note that sole feet 4 are formed on the back surface of the back plate portion 9.

In the present invention, the material constituting the hard tile bodies 1, 12 is preferably fired ceramics or hardened cement. The porous ceramics 5 and 13 preferably have a porosity of 30 to 60%, particularly 30 to 40%, and an average diameter of pores of 1 to 500 μm, particularly 100 to 300 μm. The material of the porous ceramics 5 and 13 itself may be the same as that used for manufacturing ordinary tiles, but various other ceramic materials such as alumina, silica, and zirconia may also be used. It is possible.

Next, FIG. 7 shows the sound absorption coefficient measured by the reverberation chamber method for the acoustic tile A of the present invention. In addition,
The tile dimensions are 10cm for a and 10cm for b as shown in Figure 3.
c is 2 cm, d is 1.5 cm, the wall thickness of the hard tile body 1 is 1.5 cm, and the wall thickness of the porous ceramic 5 is 2 cm. The material of the hard tile body 1 is porcelain, and the material of the porous tile 5 is the same as that of the hard tile body 1, but the porosity is 40%. The measurement results of the sound absorption coefficient are as shown in the example of the present invention in FIG.

[Effects of the Invention] As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, an acoustic tile having excellent sound absorption properties can be provided without using glass wool. Since the acoustic tile of the present invention does not use a fiber material such as glass wool, it can be suitably used in a humid atmosphere or a place easily exposed to water, such as the wall surface of an indoor pool in a humid state. Note that although porous ceramic itself has water absorption properties, it has high water permeability and low water retention, so absorbed water can easily escape, and the acoustic tile easily recovers its sound absorption effect.

In addition, in the acoustic tile of the present invention, since the porous ceramic closes the opening of the slit, the interior of the tile is not visible from the outside. There is no fear and it also has a danger prevention effect.
