Generally, when steel plates are welded, a force (residual stress) that tends to cause deformation due to heating and cooling due to welding heat remains inside the material at the welded part. If this residual stress is large, it may cause weld cracking, so it is necessary to perform an annealing treatment to remove the residual stress. Conventionally, annealing of this welded steel plate was carried out by heating only one side of the steel plate, which not only took time to heat (to ensure sufficient annealing) but also raised the possibility of temperature unevenness. Ta.

This idea was developed to solve the above problems, and its purpose is to provide an annealing device for steel plate welds that can efficiently heat the welded part of a steel plate from both sides of the steel plate and shorten the heating time. It is in the point of doing. Another purpose is to allow one side of the burners, which are installed opposite to each other with the steel plate in between, to be retracted to a position where it will not interfere with the running of the burner except when heating, and to protect the other burner from scales, dirt, etc. that fall from the running steel plate. The point is that we have made it possible. Another purpose is to heat the welded area while holding down the steel plate, thereby making it possible to heat the welded area uniformly.

In order to achieve the above objective, this invention provides first and second burners facing each other with the steel plate running surface in between,
The first burner is movable in a direction perpendicular to the running surface of the steel plate, and has a steel plate presser heating function that regulates the closest distance between the first burner and the steel plate, and the second burner has a distance between the first burner and the running surface of the steel plate. The burner is fixed, and a shutter is provided between the second burner and the steel plate running surface.

FIG. 1 is an external perspective view of the annealing apparatus of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view. In the figure, 1 and 2 are first and second burners facing each other with the running surface of the steel plate 3 interposed therebetween.
The first burner 1 is provided integrally with a hood 4 that straddles the steel plate 3 in the width direction, and is movable in a direction perpendicular to the running surface of the steel plate 3 by operation of an elevator 5. That is, while the steel plate 3 is running, the first burner 1 is retracted above the steel plate as shown in FIG. is arranged to descend as shown in Figure B. In this case, the first burner 1 and the steel plate 3
The closest distance between the hood 4 and the hood 4 can be regulated by a steel plate pressing member 6 provided on the inner surface of the hood 4. Approximately 30 mm is appropriate for this interval in that a high-temperature frame can be obtained during annealing. Further, the steel plate pressing member 6 is provided with a spring (not shown).
The welded portion W of the steel plate 3 is pressed downward by
The deflection of the steel plate 3 can be corrected by pressing the steel plate 3 at two locations, one upstream and one downstream in the traveling direction of the steel plate.

The second burner 2 is provided integrally with a hood 7 that straddles the steel plate 3 in the width direction, and is fixed at a constant distance (approximately 30 mm) from the running surface of the steel plate 3. Further, a shutter 8 is provided between the second burner 2 and the running surface of the steel plate 3. This shutter 8 is connected to a retractable shaft 10 of a drive source 9, covers the nozzle part of the burner while the steel plate is running, and can slide in the running direction of the steel plate when heating. This is to prevent scale, dirt, etc. attached to the steel plate 3 from entering the nozzle of the second burner 2 while the steel plate is running.
Alternatively, it is effective for protecting the nozzle from wavy meandering that may occur while the steel plate is running.

FIG. 3 is a sectional view of the first burner 1. In the figure, 1a is a primary header for air supply, 1b is a secondary header for air supply, and the secondary header 1
By passing air through b, the structure is such that the burner exterior body 1' is prevented from thermally expanding due to heat during combustion. 1c is a primary header for gas supply, and 1d is a secondary header for gas supply. The first burner 1 is a double tube burner as described above, and the primary and secondary headers for both gas and air are used for each nozzle arranged in multiple rows (e.g., 3 mm to 5 mm pitch) in the width direction of the steel plate 3. This is because consideration was given to keeping the nozzle pressure 1e constant and having almost no temperature difference (temperature unevenness). 1f is a frame guide plate, and its surface is coated with fireproof castable or ceramic coating to prevent oxidation caused by flames.

11 is a steel plate conveying roller; 12 is a fire-resistant flexible skirt wound around the lower periphery of the first burner hood 4; 13 is for discharging the combustion gas in the hood 4 and the combustion gas in the second burner hood 7. It's a chimney.
This chimney 13 is designed to be able to expand and contract in the middle as the first burner 1 moves.

When the welded part W of the steel plate stops at a position corresponding to the first burner 1 and the second burner 2 (this stop position is determined by a control device not shown), the elevator 5 is activated to lower the first burner 1. let At this lowering point, the steel plate pressing heating 6 hits the steel plate, ensuring the closest distance between the first burner 1 and the steel plate 3, and pressing the steel plate 3 from above to correct its deflection. Further, the drive source 9 is activated, and its retractable shaft 10
The shutter 8, which covered the nozzle part of the second burner 2 while the steel plate was running, is opened. Thereafter, the first and second burners 1 and 2 are ignited.
Since the first and second burners 1 and 2 are double-tube burners in which both gas and air are mixed at the tip using primary and secondary headers, each nozzle is arranged in multiple rows in the width direction of the steel plate 3. Gas and air are injected at a constant nozzle pressure from the nozzle to uniformly heat the welded steel plate from its upper and lower surfaces without any temperature difference (temperature unevenness).

In this way, when the heating time has elapsed, the first and second burners 1 and 2 are extinguished, and the first burner 1 is moved up and down by the operation of the elevator 5 to a position where it does not interfere with the running of the steel plate, and the drive source 9 The shutter 8 is inserted so as to cover the first burner 2 by the operation.

After that, the steel plate drive device (not shown) is activated and starts conveying the steel plate, and when the next welded part reaches the corresponding position of the first burner 1 and the second burner 2, it stops, and the above operation is repeated again. It will be.

As described above, this invention provides first and second burners that face each other with the steel plate running surface in between, the first burner is movable in a direction perpendicular to the steel plate running surface, and the first burner and the steel plate are The present invention is characterized in that it has a steel plate pressing member that regulates the approach distance, the distance between the second burner and the steel plate running surface is fixed, and a shutter is provided between the second burner and the steel plate running surface, This method has the advantage that the welded part of the steel plate can be efficiently heated from both sides of the steel plate, and the heating time can be extremely shortened. In addition, the first burner is retracted so as not to interfere with the running of the steel plate except when heating, and the second burner is protected by a shutter from scales adhering to the steel plate, and is in contact with the steel plate as it runs in a meandering direction. The product will not be damaged. Furthermore, during heating, the steel plate is kept in the closest position to the burner via the holding member, and the deflection of the heated area of the steel plate is corrected, making it possible to heat uniformly, which provides various excellent effects. be.
