内での頭付き棒材同士のからみを除去し、ホツパ
ー内への頭付き棒材の残留をなくすことを目的と

ード3は下向揺動し第3図に示すようにホツパー
1の底部まで揺動すると、前記スイツチ16を、
ブレード3の端面15でオンさせる。すると第4
図に示すように、前記プレート17はその軸部が
強固に絡み合つて積み重つた頭付き棒材2の底部
より上昇し前記頭付き棒材2は軸部の強固な絡み
合いが解除されて、前記ブレード3の溝部3aま
で落下し、前記溝部3aで軸部を捕捉される。さ
らにローラー9が公転するとブレード3は上向揺
動し前記ブレード3の溝部3aで捕捉された頭付
き棒材2をシユートレール4の上面4bまですく
い上げシユートレール4に供給すると同時に、前
記スイツチ16はオフの状態になり前記プレート
17は下降する。以上のサイクルを繰り返すこと
によりホツパー1に投入された頭付き棒材2の全
