Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ハードケース内に磁気シートを回動自在に収納
    してなる記録媒体に対して記録再生を行なうデイ
    スク装置に設けられる排出制動機構であつて、 前記記録媒体を挿入する挿入位置と、前記記録
    再生を行なう記録再生位置とに平行移動される収
    納体と、 該収納体上に配設されて、前記記録媒体の挿入
    時に前記記録媒体への当接により前記記録媒体を
    排出する付勢力を蓄積する付勢手段と、 前記収納体上に配設されて、前記記録媒体の挿
    入により変形して前記記録媒体の上面縁部に対す
    る当接力を得る制動手段とを具備してなり、前記
    付勢手段により前記記録媒体が排出される際に、
    前記制動手段により前記記録媒体の排出の制動を
    することを特徴とする排出制動機構。
