- プラテン８と、これの後方に配置された透明板
１４と、該透明板１４の下側に配置された画像読
取センサ３６，３８と、前記プラテン８上に載置
され後方に押し込まれた原稿用紙を前記透明板１
４上及びこれの後方に送る用紙送り機構とを備え
た装置において、前記プラテン８を用紙送り方向
に向けて高くなるように床面に対して傾斜し、前
記プラテン８の後方延長線上に前記透明板１４を
床面に対して傾斜配置したことを特徴とする用紙
搬送型スキヤナ。
