前記商用電力から供給される電力が第１の設定値
より低くなつたことを検出する低電力検出器と、
前記商用電力から供給される電力が前記第１の設
定値より高く設定している第２の設定値より高く
なつたことを検出する高電力検出器と、前記低電
力検出器からの出力信号を受けることにより前記
原動機のガバナを絞り、あるいは前記高電力検出
器からの出力信号を受けることにより前記原動機
のガバナを開き、前記発電機の出力電力を下げ、
上げするガバナ制御装置とから構成したことを特
