固定子の斜視図である。 １は固定子、２は鉄心、３はインシユレータ、
４は固定子巻線、５は引出し端、６はスルーホー
ル孔、７は外部引出し端子、８はパターン、９は
配線用プリント配線板、１０は外側モールド部、
１１は軸受、１２は回転子、１３は段凸部、１４
は軸受ブラケツト、１５は絶縁保護チユーブ、１
６は引出しリード線、１７はゴムブツシング、１
８はコネクタである。

Claims (1)
- 外周を絶縁樹脂材料によりモールドしてなる固
定子の両側面に回転子の回転軸を支持する軸受を
具えた軸受ブラケツトを固定してなる電動機にお
いて、上記固定子の鉄心に絶縁材料からなるイン
シユレータを介して固定子巻線を巻装し、上記鉄
心の一側に、同固定子巻線の複数の引出し端を突
出させ、同固定子巻線上に同複数の引出し端に対
応するスルーホール孔と反鉄心側に外部引出し端
子に連なるパターンを形成した配線用プリント配
線板を載置し、同複数の引出し端を上記スルーホ
ール孔に挿通して上記外部引出し端子に接続し、
上記配線用プリント配線板を含む上記固定子の外
側を熱可塑性樹脂により一体成形してなることを
特徴とする電動機。
