Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 主軸に固定されたロータと前記ロータに対向
するステータとを備えたモータユニツトと、前記
主軸を前記ロータの負荷側または両側でラジアル
方向に支持する静圧ラジアル軸受部と、前記静圧
ラジアル軸受部の負荷側に設けられ、かつ前記主
軸をスラスト方向に支持する静圧スラスト軸受部
とよりなる主軸モータにおいて、前記静圧ラジア
ル軸受部と前記静圧スラスト軸受部との間に密着
して設けられた冷却ジヤケツトと、前記主軸に前
記静圧スラスト軸受部の軸方向に突出したチヤツ
クを装着する負荷側軸端とを備えたことを特徴と
する主軸モータ。 ２ 前記主軸の負荷側軸端に中空部を設け、前記
中空部の底部に一方端が接合され、他方端が負荷
側軸端からわずかに突出して設けられた内軸とを
備え、前記内軸に前記チヤツクを装着した請求項
１記載の主軸モータ。 ３ 前記内軸が不変鋼で構成された請求項２記載
の主軸モータ。 ４ 前記内軸がセラミツクスで構成された請求項
２記載の主軸モータ。 ５ 前記内軸が中空である請求項２から４までの
いずれか１項に記載の主軸モータ。
