Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 「産業上の利用分野」 本考案は、帯地等装飾用織物にかかわる。
「従来の技術」 従来緯糸を波状に織込んで波状の外観を現出し
た織物は公知であるが、同緯糸の織込みが画一的
であるがため興趣に乏しい。
「考案が解決しようとする問題点」 本考案は、これに対し織面を不規則な皺状観た
らしめ、以て変化と興趣に富める織物を構成しよ
うとするものである。
「問題を解決するための手段」 本考案は、表裏経糸１，２各多数本毎（十数本
毎を可とする）に太経糸３一本を混整して表裏緯
糸４，５を織込み、表裏経緯をそれぞれ組織して
表裏両布を形成すると共に太経糸３は表裏緯糸適
数を越え、次いで適数を潜つて表裏両布を接結
し、その製織途中（10cm程度製織したときを可と
する）に於いて製織を止め両経糸１，２の張力を
弛め両手で該表裏両布を扱いて同織地を不規則な
皺状とし、次いで張力を復元したうえ前同様製織
し、これを反覆して織成したものである。
「作用」 本考案は上記の構造よりなるから、手で表裏両
布面を扱くに当たり太経糸３は固定せられ表裏経
糸１，２は張力を緩められるため、同扱きに際し
表裏両経緯糸１，２，４，５は前後に扱かれて複
雑且つ不規則な波状の皺状観ａを表裏両面に現出
せしめうめると共に太経糸により皺状観を保持せ
しめられる。
「考案の効果」 従つて、変化と興趣に富み、以て帯地等装飾織
物として好適ならしめ得た効果がある。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は見取図、第２図は組織図である。 １：表経糸、２：裏経糸、３：太経糸、４：表
緯糸、５：裏緯糸。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 表裏経糸１，２各多数本毎に太経糸３一本を混
    整して表裏緯糸４，５を織込み、表裏経緯をそれ
    ぞれ組織して表裏両布を形成すると共に太経糸３
    は表裏緯糸適数を越え、次いで適数を潜つて表裏
    両布を接結し、その製織途中に於いて製織を止め
    両経糸１，２の張力を弛め両手で該表裏両布を扱
    いて同織地を不規則な皺状とし、次いで張力を復
    元したうえ前同様製織し、これを反覆して織成し
    た織物。
