Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable oil mist lubrication by supplying air by means of a fan, mounted on a shaft closely to a bearing, through a vent to the bearing and coupling an oil supply tube having one end communicated with the oil sump in a bearing cover to the way of the vent. CONSTITUTION:A small fan 10 for producing oil mist is fixed to the outer part of a bearing 4 for a shaft 1 closely to the bearing. Lubricant A is stored in the lower part of an outer bearing cover 5 covering the small fan 10, and a vent 11 having one end opened to the outer circumferential part of the small fan 10 and the other end opened to the inside of a rolling bearing 4 while penetrating through a bracket 3 and an inner bearing cover 6 is provided. はコロガリ軸受4を介してブラケット3で支持されてい
る。そしてコロガリ軸受4は外側軸受カバー5、内側軸
受カバー6で覆われている。これらの軸受カバーの下部
には潤滑油フが溜められており、コロガリ軸受4の下部
を潤滑油フに浸している。8はエアーチャンバーで内部
ファン2による潤滑油の吸出しを防止するようにしてい
る。各軸受カバーおよびエアーチャンバーの軸の貫通部
には油切り9を設けている。軸が回転すればコロガリ軸

に開口し、他端を前記コロガリ軸受に導く通気穴を設け
るとともに、該通気穴の途中に、端部を前記軸受カバー
の下部に溜めた潤滑油に浸す導油管を結合してなるもの
とする。
