縮幅可能な蛇腹状本体１の内周全面に鏡面部３が
形成されて、前記蛇腹状本体１の上端開口部には
透光部材７が嵌合接着されると共に、本体下端部
には、窓等適宜場所の開口部１０に取り付けるた
