However, when all of the above-mentioned products are bent back to back and installed in a packaging box, the backs of the recesses on both sides where the bottle fits directly and completely face each other, and therefore the backs of the recesses There is only a gap between the stored bottles that is equal to the thickness of the two material sheets on both sides, and the only thing that can be maintained is the cushioning effect due to the material of the material sheets.
A sufficient cushioning and protection effect cannot be obtained unless the thickness of the material sheet is considerably increased.

The present invention was developed in view of the above, and it is possible to reliably prevent bottles from coming into contact with each other, to hold the bottles with good stability without shaking them, and to provide sufficient space between bottles that are placed back to back. The object of the present invention is to provide a cushioning material for packaging that can be held and exhibits an extremely excellent cushioning effect.

The packaging cushioning material of the present invention, which solves the above-mentioned problems, is integrally molded from a synthetic resin foam sheet, and both halves are formed so as to be foldable through a central bending part. In the half part, a plurality of storage recesses into which the body of the bottle can be fitted in a direction orthogonal to the bent part are arranged in parallel via a partitioning convex part, and an end part on the side opposite to the bent part is provided. The cushioning material is provided with a bottom portion for receiving the bottom of a bottle fitted into the storage recess.

Each of the storage recesses is provided with a vertically long bulge toward the back side at a corresponding position when both halves are bent, and the end of the bulge on the bent side is set apart from the other portions. Furthermore, a bulge is formed, and when both halves are bent, the bulged ends of the corresponding bulges come into elastic contact with each other, so that a gap is formed between the bulges in the lower part thereof. is formed.

According to the packaging cushioning material of the present invention having the above structure, when both halves are folded at the central bending part so that each storage recess faces outward and is substantially back to back, the two halves are compatible with each other. The bulges toward the back side of the storage recesses are in contact with each other.

In particular, at this time, the bulged ends that are further bulged at the end of the bulged part on the bent side side first partially elastically come into contact with each other, and there is a gap between both bulged parts in the lower part. As a result of having a gap due to the partial contact between the bulging ends, this together with the material elasticity of the synthetic resin foam sheet,
Both halves as a whole have appropriate elasticity in the bending direction so as to bend around the contact portion between the bulged ends as a fulcrum.

Therefore, if both halves are further bent slightly from the above state against the elastic force caused by the contact between the bulging ends, the two halves will open outward due to the elastic force. Therefore, if the package is inserted into the packaging box in this state, the opening side edge of the bottom part will be elastically pressed against the inner surface of the box and will be held without shifting.

When a plurality of bottles, such as liquor bottles, are fitted into each storage recess from above and stored, the storage recesses and the partitioning protrusions between them will securely hold each bottle individually isolated, and the bottles will be mutually separated from each other. Not only can contact between the two halves be prevented, but also the space between the bottles stored in the storage recesses corresponding to the back-to-back can be maintained by maintaining the air gap due to the contact between the bulging ends and the elasticity of the two halves themselves due to this. Of course, the material sheet has a thickness that is greater than the distance between the bulges, and even if the material sheet is not very thick, it has very excellent cushioning properties.

Moreover, as described above, when both halves are bent further against the elastic force caused by the contact between the bulging ends, the lower ends of the bulges will eventually come into contact with each other, and further Excessive bending will be regulated.

Both half parts a and b have a plurality of storage recesses 2a each having a substantially semicircular cross section into which the body of a bottle to be packaged can be fitted in a direction perpendicular to the bent part 1;
2b are arranged in parallel via the partitioning convex portions 3a, 3b, and bottom portions 4a, 4b that receive the bottoms of bottles that fit into the storage recesses 2a, 2b are connected to the bent portions 1.
It is provided at the end opposite to. The surface on the side of the bending part 1 following the ridgeline of the partitioning convex parts 3a, 3b, that is, the upper surface side when both half parts a, b are bent, is formed in an inclined shape, and the bending part of the storage recesses 2a, 2b The end of the first side, that is, the upper end in the bent state is formed on the inclined upper surfaces 5a, 5b by a sloped surface 6, which is mainly a curved surface.
The sloped portions 6a and 6b are continuously formed in an expanded shape through the sloped portions 6a and 6b, and the bottom of the bottle into which the bottle is dropped from above is
storage recesses 2a, 2b by sliding them along the
It can be easily fitted inside. In particular, if the storage recesses 2a and 2b remain the same radius of curvature and open upward when both halves a and b are bent, it will be difficult to fit the bottle.
As mentioned above, it is preferable to form the upper end into a widened shape. Furthermore, folded edges 7a, 7b are provided on the opening side edges of the bottom portions 4a, 4b, and the folded edges 7a, 7b are in contact with the bottom surface of the packaging box B when installed in the packaging box. The bent shape of 7b provides greater elasticity and cushioning properties.

In addition, each of the storage recesses 2a and 2b has a bulge portion 8a and 8b extending longitudinally toward the back side at a central position that corresponds to the back when the two halves a and b are bent. It is provided. This bulge 8
a and 8b are formed such that when the two halves a and b are bent, the bulging parts 8a and 8b corresponding to each other back to back are partially in contact with each other with a gap s between them. In particular, as shown in the figure, the upper end portions of the bulging portions 8a and 8b on the bent portion 1 side are continuous with the other portions on the curved surface and are further bulged out slightly toward the back surface side, so that both half portions 2a, In the bent state of 2b, the bulging end portions 9a, 9b elastically abut each other, and the bulging portions 8a,
It is formed to have a gap s between 8b and 8b. In particular, the gap s is formed even when the lower end portions of the bulging portions 8a and 8b are bent until they come into contact with each other. It has become elastic. The bulging portions 8a, 8b are formed continuously from the upper end of the bent portion 1 side to approximately the center portion, leaving a little space on the bottom portions 6a, 6b side of the storage portions 2a, 2b, as shown in the figure. In addition, from the top end to the bottom part 6a,
It may be formed continuously up to or near the continuous boundary with 6b, and in that case, as described above, when the two halves are bent, the corresponding bulges may partially overlap, especially at the upper end. The upper end portion may be formed to bulge further toward the back side than the other portions so that the upper end portions are in direct contact with each other.

Furthermore, in the case of the illustrated embodiment, the packaging cushioning material A
When the is installed in the packaging box, the central bottom parts 4a and 4b located in the recess between the short side flaps (not shown) at the bottom of the packaging box B have a direction perpendicular to the edge on the opening side. bulging protrusions 10a, 10 toward the back side of
A plurality of b are provided. Due to these bulging protrusions 10a and 10b, the center portions of the folded edges 7a and 7b are suspended in the concave portion between the short side flaps without touching the bottom surface, and the weight of the bottle causes the bottom portions 4a and 4b to float. In addition to preventing the bottle from curving, the protruding protrusions 10a and 10b expand in a direction parallel to the bent portion 1, giving elasticity to the bottom portions 4a and 4b, thereby protecting the bottom of the bottle from impact. I'm starting to be able to do it. It is also possible to form the above-mentioned folded edge so as to correspond to the step of the short side flap.

The synthetic resin foam sheet that is the material of the packaging cushioning material of the present invention may be made of styrene resins such as polystyrene and copolymers mainly composed of styrene, polyolefin resins, polyvinyl chloride resins, and other thermoplastic resins. Foam sheets formed by extrusion and foam molding can mainly be mentioned, and among them, styrene resin foam sheets have good cushioning properties,
It is particularly suitable for use because it has heat insulation properties and appropriate rigidity. Further, a sheet in which a non-foamed synthetic resin skin layer is provided on the foamed sheet can also be used. The preferred range of use for these foam sheets is an expansion ratio of 10 to 50 times and a thickness of about 2 to 5 mm.

The above-mentioned bending portion 1 can be formed into a V-shaped cross-sectional groove shape or other concave strip by heating and pressing to make it bendable at the same time as or after molding the foam sheet. The bent portion 1 is made of resin and its strength increases. In addition, even if there is only one grooved line, two
There is no problem even if it is a book, but the bending angle is approx.
Set it so that the angle is about 90 degrees, and make sure that the width of the bent part is not too large.

In order to use the packaging cushioning material A of the present invention, both halves a and b are bent so that they are approximately back to back at the bending part 1, and the corresponding storage recesses 2a and 2
b By bringing the bulging parts 8a, 8b toward the back side, especially the bulging ends 9a, 9b on the bending part 1 side, into elastic contact with each other, and having a gap s in the lower part, both halves can be separated. Elasticity is further imparted to the whole of parts a and b, and bending is provided using the contact part between the bulged ends 9a and 9b as a fulcrum.

Therefore, from this state, both halves a and b are further elastically bent against the elastic force caused by the contact between the bulging ends 9a and 9b, and then inserted and set into the packaging box B. , each storage recess 2a, 2 of both halves a, b
It is only necessary to fit a bottle c such as a liquor bottle, which is an object to be stored, into b from above.
Possession of voids due to contact between a and 9b and both halves a,
Due to the elasticity of b and the restorability of the foam sheet material, the edges of the opening side of the bottom parts 6a and 6b are positioned in elastic contact with the inner peripheral surface of the packaging box c, and the packaging box is stored. Bottle c is placed in each storage recess 2a, 2

As mentioned above, according to the packaging cushioning material of the present invention,
It can be easily inserted and set into a packaging box without shifting its position, making it easy to store bottles, and not only can each bottle be stably held in an isolated state, completely preventing contact between bottles, but especially with the present invention. in the case of,
The bulging portions toward the back side of the storage recesses corresponding to the back-to-back arrangement are partially opposed to each other, especially at the upper end portions of the bulging portions, and have a gap between the two bulging portions at the lower portion thereof; As a result, both halves are held in a more elastic state due to the partial contact between the bulging ends and the presence of a gap, so that the bulging ends are held in a more elastic state between the bottles stored in the storage recess. Due to the protrusion and the gap, the thickness of the material sheet of both halves or the distance greater than the bulge is maintained, and since it has good elasticity in the contact direction, the thickness of the material sheet can be reduced. Even if they are not very large, they exhibit an extremely excellent cushioning effect between bottles placed back to back, and this, combined with the cushioning properties of the partitioning convex part in the parallel direction of the storage recess and the elasticity of the foam sheet material, makes it easy to store the bottles. This provides better buffer protection for the bottle.

Moreover, when both halves are further bent against the elastic force caused by the contact of the bulging ends, the lower ends of the bulges eventually come into contact with each other, preventing further excessive bending. Therefore, there is no risk that the bulging end portion, which is pressed and deformed by the bending action, will be excessively deformed and damaged, or that excessive force will be applied to the bent portion, causing cracks.

Furthermore, the reinforcing effect of the bulge can prevent buckling and damage to the peripheral wall surface of the storage recess into which heavy bottles are fitted and stored, and the buffering effect can be maintained well, and the material is a synthetic resin foam sheet. Therefore, it is lightweight, and when not in use, it can be stacked in a nested manner in the unfolded state to reduce its bulk.
The packaging cushioning material itself is easy to transport, store, and handle. Another advantage is that the entire structure can be molded into one piece, making it easy and inexpensive to provide.
