Claims (1)
- マイクロ波ＩＣのバーンイン試験を行う際に、
該マイクロ波ＩＣをホツトプレート上に支持して
バイアス供給を行うための治具において、前記マ
イクロ波ＩＣをホツトプレート上に支持する金属
ケースと、この金属ケース内に装着して前記マイ
クロ波ＩＣの入出力及びバイアス供給のための各
種ピンに嵌合するソケツトを支持したプリント板
と、前記金属ケースを貫通して前記バイアス供給
用のピンが嵌合されるソケツトに電気接続される
貫通コンデンサと、前記入出力用のピンが嵌合さ
れる金属ケースの穴内に充填され、この入出力用
ピンのソケツトを前記金属ケースに電気的に短絡
させる金属製ブツシユとを備えることを特徴とす
るバーンイン治具。
