Claims (1)
- 固定金型、移動金型、及び成形品に凹部を形成
する凸部を有する突き出しブロツクにより成形用
のキヤビテイを形成するものにおいて、エジエク
タプレートに固定されて前記成形品を突き出すエ
ジエクタピンと、前記突き出しブロツクの成形品
突き出し方向における移動距離を、エジエクタピ
ンの突き出しストロークよりも小さく設定する制
限体と、前記エジエクタプレートと突き出しブロ
ツクのいずれか一方に一端を固定し、他方に設け
た摩擦連結部に他端を挿通し、前記制限体が制動
をかけるまでの間、突き出しブロツクとエジエク
タプレートとを同期移動させ、制動がかかつた後
は摩擦連結部の連結解除により同期移動を解除す
る伝達ピンとを備えてなる射出成形金型。
