第１図及び第２図は本考案の一実施例を示し、
第１図は電気的構成の概略図、第２図は状態検出
用のプログラムを示すフローチヤートであり、第
３図は従来例を示す第１図相当図である。 図面中、１１はアクチユエータ（負荷）、１２
は負荷駆動回路、１２ａは出力端子、１３はパワ
ートランジスタ（半導体スチツチング素子）、１
７はオンオフ制御用トランジタ、２１はマイクロ
コンピユータ（制御手段）、２２は検出用抵抗、
２３は入力保護回路である。
第１図は電気的構成の概略図、第２図は状態検出
用のプログラムを示すフローチヤートであり、第
３図は従来例を示す第１図相当図である。 図面中、１１はアクチユエータ（負荷）、１２
は負荷駆動回路、１２ａは出力端子、１３はパワ
ートランジスタ（半導体スチツチング素子）、１
７はオンオフ制御用トランジタ、２１はマイクロ
コンピユータ（制御手段）、２２は検出用抵抗、
２３は入力保護回路である。
Claims (1)
- 負荷駆動用の半導体スイツチング素子をオンオ
フさせることにより負荷の通断電を行う負荷駆動
回路において、前記半導体スイツチング素子のオ
フ時に前記負荷に微小電流を供給する検出用抵抗
と、この検出用抵抗に現われる端子電圧が予め設
定された基準電圧以下の状態では前記半導体スイ
ツチング素子に対するオン指令を拘束する制御手
段とを設けたことを特徴とする負荷駆動回路。
