Claims (1)
- 出力、接地端子間に接続したパワートランジス
タに流れる電流を検出する過電流検出回路と、上
記検出回路にて検出された電流値に応じて開閉す
るスイツチ回路と、上記スイツチ回路によつて駆
動され、上記パワートランジスタの動作を開閉す
るオフドライバーとを具備したことを特徴とする
保護回路。
