ず落下速度を抑制して徐々に降下させているが、
シヤツターを制止することが出来ず危険で傷害を
蒙ることがあつた。また下部にある物品の破損等
種々な不都合がある。

るため巻取軸の一端に角加工を行い、この角部に
長孔を穿つた移動板の前記長孔を遊嵌して取付
け、通常動作中は移動板の自重によつて常に下方
向に落ち、何らかの原因でシヤツターが落下する
際遠心力により移動板は外方向に移動させると共
に回転し、移動板に設けた掛止爪を対向して設け
た固定制止部材に掛止しシヤツターの落下を制止
するようにしたもので、シヤツター落下時の危険
を防止すると共に簡単な構造として安価にて防止
することを目的としたものである。

閉機7の駆動による巻取軸4の回転で昇降し開口
部5の開閉を行うようにしてある。巻取軸4の一
端は角加工を行い、この角部4′に、中央から偏
位させて長孔8を穿つた移動板9の前記長孔8を
移動可能に遊嵌して取付けてある。移動板9は上
下に反対方向の掛止爪10,10′を張出して逆
Z状に形成し、通常巻取軸4の回転動作では移動
板9は自重により長孔8により移動して常に落下
した状態を保つている。11は制止部材で楔状に
成形され、この制止部材11は巻取軸4の急速回
転で移動板9に遠心力で外方向に移動させた時の
移動板9の掛止爪の画く軌跡上に位置させて軸受
等に取付け固定させてある。

取付けた移動板9は巻取軸4の回転による遠心力
で外方向に移動すると共に一緒になつて回転し、
掛止爪の回転軌道に設けた制止部材11に掛止爪
が引掛けられ巻取軸4の回転は移動板9を介して
制止され、これによりシヤツターは降下が停めら
れる。しかも上述のように巻取軸4の回転による
遠心力を利用し通常動作中は作動しない移動板9
が固定した制止部材11に作用し制止されるた
め、不慮の際自動的に移動板9が作用するから落
下による傷害の危険がなく、更に構造も移動板と
制止部材の二部品による簡素なもので安価にでき
しかも確実である。
