It has a lower flange part integrally formed with the upper end, and an upper flange part slidably attached to a guide rail provided on the lower flange part, and a through hole formed in the upper flange part is formed in the upper part. A protrusion is formed in a long hole extending in the sliding direction of the flange portion and protrudes downward, and a spring member is attached to the lower flange portion to engage with a lock groove formed in the headrest stay.
