The patient's lower body is placed on the second bed mat 7. The second bed mat 7 is designed to be able to slide freely in the longitudinal direction of the bed in consideration of medical treatment effects and safety, while the first bed mat 6 is usually fixed. However, it can also be mounted so that it can be moved. In the traction treatment, an armpit brace 14, which is placed on the armpit of the patient shown in Figure B, and a waist brace 11, which is placed on the patient's lower back, shown in Figure C, are used in conjunction with the traction treatment. The armpit brace 14 is supported by a pair of left and right armpit guards 16 made of a flexible material in a cylindrical shape and a lobe 15 passing through these, and the armpit braces 16 can freely move along the rope 15.

The lumbar brace 11 includes a lumbar cover 8 that is placed on the patient's lower back, one or more belts 9 that tighten the lumbar cover 8 around the patient's waist, and a belt 9 that connects the lumbar brace 11 to a traction device 13. It consists of a pair of connecting belts 10 attached to each other. In the case of the next treatment, as shown in FIG. The part 5'a that is bent and raised at one end of the side where the head is

After making preparations as described above, the traction device 13 is activated,
All you have to do is tow the vehicle with a predetermined traction force, which may seem easy at first glance, but in reality, wearing the brace is extremely troublesome and time-consuming. First, in the armpit brace 14, the distance between the left and right armpit braces 16 must be adjusted according to the patient's physique, and after installation, both ends of the rope 15 must be fixed to the bed frame 5'. Incidentally, there are many cases where the rope 15 is fixed to the bed frame 5' from the beginning, but in that case, after the lumbar brace 11 is attached to the patient's waist, the patient gets on the bed and puts it on while the patient is immobilized. Must. Lower back brace 1
1 must be firmly tightened with a belt 9 to prevent the brace from shifting due to traction. As described above, a major problem with traction therapy is that it takes time and effort to attach the braces. Moreover, there are many patients to be treated in one day, and it takes a lot of time and effort for both patients and doctors, and it is desired to save labor.

る。Recently, a device was proposed as in Japanese Utility Model Application No. 62-54721 in which the engaging portion 15 of the armpit holder 10 is erected to easily support the armpit during traction treatment. The spacing between the sides can be adjusted, but once set, it is held at a constant spacing, so when you pull it, a force that pushes your arms apart acts, which is inconvenient as you have to support the pulling force with your arms.

The first arm 2 is placed sufficiently close to each other compared to the spacing between both sides.
The second arm 3 is installed on the arm 2 at the position Q, and the second arm 3 is rotated freely around the axis Q with the long axis of the arm 2 as the rotation axis. It was installed in Further, since the second arm 3 directly supports the patient's armpit, an armpit rest 4 made of a flexible cushioning material is installed to protect the patient.

You can easily move it so that it doesn't get damaged. Furthermore, when the patient lies down on the bed, the armpit rest 4 can be placed on the patient's side regardless of the patient's body shape. Also, since the rotation axis O is placed sufficiently close to each other compared to the distance between both sides of a person,
When it is pulled, a force f2 is applied that tightens both sides toward the trunk as shown in FIG. 1F. Since the axis Q is installed at a position lower than the bed surface, a force is applied to the arm 3 on the bed surface side as shown in FIG. 1D. This eliminates the inconvenience of having to push the sides apart and support the pulling force with your arms when towing, allowing for stable and reliable towing.

1 uses the same one as the conventional one shown in Figure 3C. Next, the new armpit arm 1 will be explained. This armpit arm 1 includes a first arm 2 that can freely rotate around a rotation axis 0, and a long axis of this first arm 2 as a rotation axis Q.
The second arm 3 is installed on the arm 2 and can freely rotate around the rotation axis Q. In addition, in order to provide appropriate traction treatment without unnecessary effort on the part of the patient, such as supporting the traction force with their arms during traction, axis 0 is placed sufficiently close to the patient's armpits compared to the distance between both sides of the patient.
Furthermore, it is installed at a lower position than the bed surface on which the patient sits. Therefore, the axis Q is also located at a lower position than the bed surface. Since the arm 3 directly fixes and protects the patient's armpits, it is equipped with a pair of armpit rests 4 made of flexible cushioning material. In reality, the first arm 2 can freely rotate around the rotation axis O from the position where the two side supports 4 touch each other to around the edge of the bed, and the second arm 3 can rotate around the rotation axis Q. In addition, the rotation range is limited to within the patient's reach so that they can be lifted approximately 90 degrees from the bed surface, making them easy to handle. In order to achieve such a purpose, it can also be used as shown in Figure 2 A and B.

患者と医師や理学療法士など双方の省力化ができる。That is, in FIG. 2A, the first arm 2 and shaft Q in FIG. 1 are removed, and the second arm 3 is directly connected to the armpit arm 1 and attached to the bed frame 5, forming a pair of armpit arms. 1-
are each attached to one end of the bed and can freely rotate around the two rotation axes 0. In this case as well, the rotation axes O are placed sufficiently close to each other compared to the distance between the armpits of a person, so when pulled, a force is exerted that tightens both sides toward the trunk, and an extra force supporting the pulling force with both arms is exerted. is not necessary. Although it is more difficult to wear due to the reduced degree of rotational freedom, it is simpler to wear than conventional braces. Also, in Fig. 2B, the armpit arm 1'' is directly attached to the bed frame 5 as in Fig. 2A, but its rotational axis O is attached to the side of the bed, similar to Fig. 2A. Fish mastication Ω effect Therefore, the present invention makes it possible to very easily attach the armpit brace to any patient regardless of body type, which makes it easier for patients, doctors, physical therapists, etc. It can save labor on both sides.

As shown in Figures D and F, a force that tightens the patient's trunk toward the patient's trunk and a force that attempts to fix the arm to the bed surface simultaneously act on both sides of the patient, ensuring that the armpits are fixed.
When towed like No. 1, a force that pushes both arms apart acts, which solves the problem of having to support the pulling force with the arms. Note that E and G in FIG. 1 are vector diagrams of the forces D and F, respectively. Furthermore, in the past, if armpit braces were not worn properly, the braces could get caught between the body and the bed, causing skin irritation and discomfort, but the present invention can also solve this problem.
