[Prior art] Conventionally, inorganic building materials made of cement and other materials have been widely used, but when these building materials are used as they are, the ground color is grayish-black to grayish-white and lacks design. Therefore, surface coating is usually carried out to also provide water absorption resistance.

Particularly with deeply carved uneven patterns, paint tends to accumulate in the recesses.

This was done for the purpose of developing a method for painting uneven patterned boards. [Technology that led to the solution of the problem] That is, the method for coating a deep-carved uneven pattern board of the present invention involves painting a plate material formed with a deep-carving uneven pattern board in a first flow coater, and then applying the corresponding coating. ! ! ! Apply the coating with the second flow coater before the film dries. Immediately after coating with the second flow coater, remove the excess paint with an air knife, and avoid the dry baking process. The paint is characterized by using a diluted paint that is darker and glossier than the paint of the second flow coater. [Operation] In this invention, a flow coater is used as the coating means. This is because the yield of paint is good. However, with one flow coater, the problems mentioned above occur, so two flow coaters are used and the same color is applied in two coats, but the paint applied by the first flow coater is For the paint applied by the second flow coater,
Using a paint diluted with a dark and glossy paint, and after applying with the first flow coater, the second flow coater was applied while the paint was not drying.
Apply with a flow coater.

である.The reason for this is that after painting with the first flow coater, when painting the unpainted areas with this flow coater with the second flow coater, the color difference is eliminated and the two paints are fused together to prevent the paint from standing out. It's for this reason. By using different materials for this paint, the amount of paint applied to the deeply carved concave parts can be made uniform, resulting in a uniform finished surface. Then, by removing the excess paint from the second flow coater with an air knife, the surface becomes evenly coated, including the recesses, and if it is subsequently dried, a plate material that is evenly coated, including the recesses, can be obtained. [Example] Next, an example of the present invention will be described. Figure 1 is a diagram showing the painting process of the method of this invention. Using a board with a surface unevenness difference of 5m and a total thickness of 3cm, first, after preheating the board, apply a sealer coating to the surface, remove the excess sealer with an air knife, and then dry it.
This plate material was coated with the paint shown in Table 1 using the first flow coater 1. Next, while the above paint was not dry, the paint shown in Table 2 was applied using the second flow coater 2. Table 1 Acrylic I78 paint 100 parts by weight water
5 parts by weight Coating amount 140-160 g/m" Table 2 Acrylic emulsion paint 100 heavy duty tall water 20 parts by weight Coating amount 100-110 g/m" After painting with the second flow coater, blow off the excess paint with an air knife. After removal, dry baking was performed to obtain a board. (Comparative Example 1) As a comparative example, coating was performed using only one flow coater using the paints shown in Table 1. In this case coating 11200
-220g/m'', uncoated areas were left. {Comparative Example 2> Coating was carried out using the same method as in Example 1, but after coating with the first flow coater, the coating film was completely dried, and then the second coating was applied. When the coating conditions of the surfaces of the plates obtained in the above Examples and Comparative Examples 1 and 2 were observed, it was found that the Examples had a uniform color finish, including the inside of the concave pattern. In Comparative Example 1, there are some unpainted parts in the concave parts, and in Comparative Example 2, there are no unpainted parts, but unevenness in the first and second coats is clearly seen, and the coating is not uniform. It did not become a painted state. [Effect] As explained above, this invention performs painting twice with paints of different densities and gloss, so there is no unpainted area from the first coat, and at the same time, When painting for the second time, there are no uneven coatings, and the coating is extremely uniform.
