コイルと、上記ヨークに取付けられた二つの磁極
体とから形成し、 これら二つの磁極体は、上記可動子の1パルス
移動量の4倍のピツチで並ぶ多数の極歯を有し、
その極歯同志を互い違いに入り込ませて設けられ
るとともに、上記一対の励磁ユニツトをその極歯
同志を上記可動子の1パルス移動量と同じピツチ
ずらして設け、 上記可動子の永久磁石の磁極面を、上記可動子
の1パルス移動量の略2倍のピツチで上記可動子
の移動方向に沿つて交互に並べて設けるとともに
