部嵌合縁9に係合する寸法から成る凹部嵌合縁1
0を配設した水切り構造から成るものであり、一
方の半割円筒8の凸部嵌合縁9を他方の半割円筒
8の凹部嵌合縁10に係合し、他方の凸部嵌合縁
9を一方の凹部嵌合縁10に係合し、両者を締め
付けバンド11で固定して成る。上記エルボaと
円筒管bは第3図に示すように不凍水栓の遠隔操
作装置の遠隔操作部を収納して防雪カバーとして
利用されるもので、エルボaはギヤボツクス12
を収納し、エルボaの円弧部6に一体に嵌入する
円筒管bは回転軸13関係を被覆して落雪や氷柱
の落下又は圧雪荷重等の外力による雪害を受けぬ
よう保護している。なお、円筒管bを複数本接続
