従米から、モルタル、コンクリート等により仕上げられ
た床下地上に敷設される木質床材は知られでいる.例え
ば、弟4図に示す如く、木質合板のような木質基板1a
の裏面に複数個の溝bを並設し、同裏面にクッシaン材
Cを貼着しでなる木質床材Aaが知られている.ところ
でこのような木質床材Amは、床下地上に接着或いは釘
打ち施工等により固定されて敷設施工されるものであり
、WItbとクッン薯冫材Cによって、防音効果が得ら
れるものである.しかしながら、このような木質床材A
aにおいては、溝bが設けられているものの、木質基板
1aには屈曲柔軟性がなく、充分な屈曲柔軟性を得るた
めに、溝bの並設個数を増やしたり或いは溝bの深さ寸
法を深く形成した場合には、aleに対応して木質化粧
板2の表面に亀裂が発生し易く、強度及び表面意匠上問
題となるものであった.それ故に、木質床材Aaにおい
ては、充分な屈曲柔軟性がないままに、床下地上に施工
されており、床下地への馴染みが悪いために、床下地上
に接着或は釘打ち施工等により固定して、強制的に床下
地に馴染ませて施工していた。この場合、施工に接着或
は釘打ち等の作業が伴って、敷設施工が面倒であるとと
もに、木質床材Aaの取り替えが極めて困難となるもの
であった。加えて、木質基板1aに多数本の溝bの加工
を精度良く行うのが繁雑となり、その製作面及V8!能
面において問題があった.しかも弟5図に示すように、
木質基材1aの−msに嵌合突部3aを形成し、他側端
に嵌合凹所4aを形戊して、両者を嵌合させて木質床材
A ILt A M同士を接続するのであるが、かかる
接続に際しては、嵌合凹所4aに接着剤dを充填して抜
止めを図るのである。ところがこのように接着剤dを充
填するものにおいては、その嵌今時に接着剤dがはみ出
し、これの拭き取り作業を要する等の問題がある.
[発明が解決し上うとする課題]
本発明は、上記従米の技術における欠点を解消するため
に発明されたものであり、その課題は、基材に充分な屈
曲柔軟性があって、床下地への馴染みが良く、しかも、
木質化粧板の表面側には亀裂が発生し難くて、強度面或
は表面意匠上の問題がなく、床下地上に接着或は釘打ち
等の作業を伴うことなく敷設施工でき、かつ振動抑制及
び防音を充分に充分に行うことができ、その生産も大巾
に高めることができ、かつ接続に際しても容易迅速に行
うことができる置敷き床材を提供することである.

本発明の置敷き床材は、床下地面上に置敷きされる置敷
き床材であって、柔軟性を有するシート状の基材1の表
層に薄い木質化粧板2が積層され、基材1のーgA端に
嵌合突部3が形成され、他側端に嵌合突部3が嵌合する
ことができる嵌合閂所4が形成され、嵌合突部3と嵌合
凹所4との一方に抜止め突部3@が形成され、他方に抜
止め突部3ILが係入して抜止めを図る抜止め凹所4a
が形成されて成ることを特徴とするものである。
[作用】
このように、柔軟性を有するシート状の基材1の表層に
薄い木質化粧板2が積層されることによって、柔軟性を
有するシート状の基材1には木質基板のような反りが生
じることがなく、基材1には柔軟性によって撓み性を付
与し、床下地面に馴染むようにし、床下地の凹凸をより
吸収し、床下地面によりぴったりと接することで、置敷
き床材Aの滑りを抑えることとなって、床下地上に直接
に接着或は釘打ち等の作業を行うことなく簡単に敷設(
直張)施工が行えるようになし、かかる柔軟性を有する
シート状の基材1にて振動の伝播を抑制し、防音性も高
め、溝加工を回避して、その生産性を高め、そして虞形
品の基材1とする場合には、樹脂の選択にて寸法の安定
化を図りやすく、隣接のものとの結合を図る結合部の製
作も容易になし、コストダウンも図れ、種々の付加価値
を加えることができ、しかも基材1の一側端に嵌合突部
3が形成され、他側端に嵌合突部3が嵌合することがで
きる嵌合凹所4が形成され、嵌合突l¥ls3と嵌合凹
所4との一方に抜止め突部3aが形成され、他方に抜止
め突部3aが係大して抜止めを図る抜止め四所4mが形
成されることによって、嵌合突部3を嵌合閂所4に嵌合
させるとともに抜止め突部3aを抜止め凹所4aに係合
させることで、接着剤の使用を回避しで、置敷き床材A
.A同士の接続を容易迅速に行え、置敷き施工に有利に
なし、かつかかる接続のためのW4!N.も容易に得ら
れるようにしたものである.
[笑施例】
以下本発明の実施例を図面に基づいて詳述する。
木材を薄くスライスして木目を有する突板(スライス単
板)のような木質化粧板2が、合或樹脂製で柔軟性があ
り、シート状の基材1の表面に積層してあり、その基材
1の一側端には嵌合突部3が形成され、他側端には嵌合
凹所4が形成されている.このような嵌合突部3及び嵌
合凹所4の形成は、基材1の戒形時に同時に行なわれる
.そして木質化粧板2は、0.25+u+〜0.6m一
程度の厚さのスライス単板に1旧〜2間厚さ程度の乾式
のラワン単板を裏打ちしたものや、1間〜3IllmF
!l.さ程度のスライス単板のみのものがあり、このよ
うな木質化粧板2を合或樹脂製の戒形品製の基材1にそ
の戒形時に積層接着するか、別途に接着剤にて!?着す
る等するものである。そして基材1は例えば金属粉末を
混入する等した遮音性及び防音性の高い遮音シートを使
用するとよい.
このように、柔軟性を有するシート状の基材1の表層に
薄い木質化粧板2が積層されることで、柔軟性を有する
シート状の基材1には木質基板のような反りが生じるこ
とがなくて、柔軟性によって撓み性が得られて、床下地
面に良好に馴染むのであり、床下地の凹凸をより@収し
、床下地面一二よりぴったりと接するのであり、しかし
て置敷き床材Aの滑りを抑えることとなって、床下地上
に直接に接着或は釘打ち等の作業を行うことなく簡単に
敷設(直張)施工が行えるのである.そして柔軟性を有
するシート状の基材1にて振動の伝播を抑制するのであ
り、又、防音性も高めるのである。
そして溝加工を回避して、その生産性を高めるのである
.又、合威樹脂製の戒形品の基材1故、樹脂の選択にて
寸法の安定化を図りやすく、lglI接のものとの結合
を図る嵌合突部3及び嵌合凹所4のような結合部の製作
も容易に行えるのである.そして、嵌合突部3には第1
図に示すように、抜止め突部3aが形成されるのであり
、抜止め凹所4aには抜止め突部3aが係入して抜止め
を図る抜止め四所4aが形成されている.しかして、嵌
合突部3を嵌合凹所4に嵌合させるとともに抜止め突部
3aを抜止め凹所4aに係合させることで、接着剤の使
用を回避して、置敷き床材A,A同士の接続を容易迅速
に行え、置敷き施工に有利になし、かつかかる接続のた
めの構或も容易に得られるのである.そして接続に際し
ては、嵌合突部3の嵌今に伴って嵌合凹所4の下片4b
が下方に弾性変形し、嵌合後は下片4bが復元して、確
実な抜止めを図っている.モしてvJ2図及び第3図の
矢印ロ方向へのスライドにて、木口方向に移動させ、置
敷き施工が行なわれる.第3図の矢印イ方向は嵌合突部
3と嵌合凹所4との嵌合方向を示している。
[発明の効果J
以上要するに本発明は、柔軟性を有するシート状の基材
の表層に薄い木質化粧板が積層される故、柔軟性を有す
るシート状の基材には木質基板のような反りが生じるこ
とがなく、基材には柔軟性によって撓み性を付与し、床
下地面に馴染むようにし、床下地の凹凸をより吸収し、
床下地面によりぴったりと接することで、置敷き床材の
滑りを抑えることとなって、床下地上に直接に接着或は
釘打ち等の作業を行うことなく簡単に敷設(直張)施工
が行えるようにでき、かつ柔軟性を有するシート状の基
