Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent decline of thermal insulating efficiency by making the length of staples that are used for binding a thermal insulating material and a surface material together longer than the thickness of the thermal insulating material, but shorter than the total thickness of the thermal insulating material and the surface material, and by preventing thereby compression of the thermal insulating material caused by driving in of the staples. CONSTITUTION:A floor panel 10 is constructed of floor joints 11 and a surface material 12 made from a particleboard or the like. The surface material 12 is lined with a thermal insulating material 13 in about 65mm thickness and having the density of about 9kg/mm<2>, and a sheet 14 incorporating reinforcing polymesh is stuck to the rear side of the thermal insulating material. Staples 15 having the length longer than the thickness of the thermal insulating material 13, but shorter than the total thickness of the thermal insulating material 13 and the surface material 12 are prepared. Then the staples 15 are driven in from the sheet 14 side toward the surface material 12 through the thermal insulating material 13. By such method, compression by driving in of the staples can be prevented from occurring to the thermal insulating material 13, and decline of thermal insulating efficiency can be prevented thereby.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Industrial Application] This invention relates to architectural panels such as floor panels for prefabricated houses. [Prior Art] Conventionally, there have been floor panels for prefabricated houses that have insulation material interposed inside them. The insulation material is made of glass wool and is fixed by nailing it to the back of the surface material using a stable. (Problem to be solved by the invention) When the heat insulating material interposed in the floor panel is made of glass wool with a low density (about 9 kg/rd), the insulating material is compressed by driving the stable and its thickness decreases, resulting in poor heat insulating performance. There were problems such as the insulation material falling due to the lack of holding power due to the stability. Therefore, one idea was to cover the bottom surface of the floor panel with a retaining material such as plywood to prevent the insulation material from falling, but this was impractical due to the high material cost. Therefore, the purpose of this invention is to prevent the insulation performance from decreasing.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a construction panel that can reliably retain insulation. [Means for Solving the Problems] The construction panel of the present invention provides a heat insulating material on the back side of a surface material, covers the heat insulating material with a sheet, and connects the surface material to the surface material from the outer surface of the sheet through the heat insulating material. The heat insulating material is fixed to the surface material by driving staples, the length of the staple being greater than or equal to the thickness of the heat insulating material and less than or equal to the total thickness of the heat insulating material and the surface material. It is characterized by the fact that [Function] According to the construction panel of the present invention, the length of the staple that fixes the heat insulating material to the surface material is set to be equal to or greater than the thickness of the heat insulating material and less than or equal to the total thickness of the heat insulating material and the surface material. Therefore, when the staples are driven in, the insulation material is not compressed, or even if it is compressed, it is only a small amount, and the thickness of the insulation material is hardly reduced. Moreover, since the insulation material is covered with a sheet, it will not fall off. [Example] An example of the present invention will be explained based on FIGS. 1 and 2. In Figure 1, 10 is a floor panel, 11 is a joist,
l2 is a surface material such as particle board. Surface material 1
A heat insulating material 13 made of low-density (approximately 9 kg/nf) glass wool is provided on the back side of the heat insulating material 2, and a sheet 14 made of reinforced polymesh kraft paper is pasted on the back side of the heat insulating material 13. The heat insulating material 13 is packaged in a bag, and its thickness is, for example, about 65 mm. Numeral 15 is a stable inserted into the surface material l2 from the outer surface of the sheet 14 through the heat insulating material l3. The length of the stable 15 is greater than or equal to the thickness of the heat insulating material 13 and less than or equal to the total thickness of the heat insulating material 13 and the surface material 12, and is, for example, 651 lllO. Incidentally, the driving operation of the staple 15 is performed using a driving machine 16 shown in FIG. 2 so as not to penetrate the surface material 12. According to the construction panel constructed in this way, since the length of the stable 15 is made longer than the thickness dimension of the heat insulating material l3, the heat insulating material l3 is not compressed or compressed when the stable 15 is driven. Even if the amount decreases, it is very small and the thickness of the heat insulating material 13 hardly decreases, so the heat insulating performance does not deteriorate. Also. Since the insulation material 13 is covered with the sheet 14, the insulation material 13 does not fall, and the holding power of the insulation material 13 is improved. Moreover, since it is covered with sheet 14, the material cost is lower than if it were covered with plywood or the like. In addition, in the above embodiment,
Although this was applied to floor panels, it may also be applied to wall panels, ceiling panels, etc. [Effects of the Invention] According to the construction panel of the present invention, the length of the stable for fixing the heat insulating material to the surface material is greater than or equal to the thickness of the heat insulating material and less than or equal to the total thickness of the heat insulating material and the surface material. Therefore, when the staples are driven in, the insulation material is not compressed, or even if it is compressed, it is only a small amount, and the insulation performance does not deteriorate. Moreover, since the insulation material was covered with a sheet,
This has the effect of ensuring that the insulation material is retained.
